Despite being incorporated only two years ago, South Fulton has already developed a character all its own. Situated partly along the southern section of the Perimeter and stretching southwest over Chattahoochee Hills, South Fulton covers a large portion of residential and undeveloped land. This sprawling area is made up of a number of characterful neighborhoods, all offering access to ATL at a more affordable price.
South Fulton’s entire western border is formed by the Chattahoochee, making it a perfect place for the outdoor-inclined to settle. There’s also plenty of parks and shopping centers to keep residents entertained. Hartsfield-Jackson airport sits on the eastern edge of South Fulton, so if you travel for work but want more space than the city would provide, look no further.

Property Ratings at Solstice
Apartment itself and complex is nice however the front office ladies need to be replaced immediately. No sense of urgency on anything, they don’t answer the phones or emails and you have ask 34 times before anything actually gets done.
The management at this location is very and I mean very rude, the property manager & associate both had very nasty attitudes and both talked to me as thought I couldn’t afford to live there. This encounter happened during a visit to the property while I was looking to rent a 1 bedroom, I had to look at a model apartment on my own, I told the property manager I didn’t feel comfortable walking the property or walking into a model apartment on my own fearing I would walk into the wrong place this after she instructed me how to walk across the property to the vacant model apartment. After viewing the model I tried to communicate with the associate who was very rude and didn’t have the decency to get up from her seat which was 15-20 ft away so I tried to get closer to hear her better and the property manager comes out of her office and rudely (with hand gesture) asked me to talk to the associate outside of the office across the room as thought I had Covid-19, but I’m the one with a mask on and both of them were mask-less I’m trying to get the number to corporate office now and of course I’m getting the runaround, this experience was awful and I promise I will contact corporate about these two women before the day is over with
Hello, I cannot say enough about our stay here at Solstice. We actually parked here until our house was being built. We were there a little over one year. Greg and staff made our stay comfortable. This was such an AWESOME staff. Our home wasn’t completed as we expected but Greg was nice enough to work with us. He made it simple and easy and for that we’re truly grateful. Thank you once again for the Great hospitality . I would recommend anyone who enjoy classic living and good people to come live here. We miss you guys but we’re lovin’ our new home. May God continue to shine his blessings upon each and every one of you . Love you Greg.!!!!!! Ps... Upper Management, give them all a raise because they deserve it!!!! Thanks again!!!!!!!
Do not allow the finishes to fool you into moving here. The property was amazing under Matrix, but once it was sold to Peak management many residents have been unhappy. We have heard about car break ins, the leasing office staff being rude, and the grounds not being maintained as it once was. I ended my lease early.
Trying to rent an apartment at this complex is a waste of time and my money! Good luck with trying to get the $75 back that they owed you after they decide not to rent to you. It’s a scam. Run!
Solstice is a great community. It is in a good location close the the expressway and plenty of places to eat. The apartments themselves are amazing. Everything is brand new clean. The countertops are granite and they come with washer and dryer. The closets are huge. The community is clean and the tenants are quiet. It it peaceful to just sit on the balcony and relax. I definitely recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking to live hassle free.
Having lived in an apartment for many years now, I can honestly say the move to Solstice has been amazing. The staff is really great; they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and that any concerns are handled immediately and professionally. The maintenance staff is amazing and go above and beyond, too. The apartment is roomy with amazing chef style kitchens and closets that go on for days! I highly recommend this amazing place to live.
