I love it here at San Tan Village. All of the girls in he office are so kind, always speaking to me when I am walking by the office with a smile on their face. I feel very safe at San Tan and I love the energy. The maintenance guys are also very friendly. If they see you out and about, they always speak to me with a smile on their face. I have had the most absolute positive experience from applying for my apartment, moving in, maintenance concerns, etc. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The hallways and amenity areas are always kept clean. Definately worth the price for what you get. This is truly a Luxury Apartment Residence from the Roof Top to the Club House, The Pool, and the Gym. Love It Here!

You need to live HERE!!!
This place is by far the nicest, luxurious apartment complex in the gilbert area. I am blown away from the excellent customer service that I received during my tour. Cherie was attention to detail, very attentive and listened to all of my needs. If you are looking for a place to live, Soltra is exactly where you need to be.

Not Impressed
The leasing office people are great but they have their hands tied. Clearly they are not getting enough money from Greystar (Property Management "Solutions") to hire the personnel that they need. Dog poop containers are overflowing to the point where people are now stacking it all over the ground at the base of the bins. Garbage can by the barbeques is overflowing and the "maintenance" crew walks by it on the daily. Pool chairs are filthy and have bird droppings on them. This place might be dialed in after a couple years but right now they are understaffed and it obvious!

Great location across from Top Golf, with Costco right down the street. Apartment has a well conceived floorplan with easy flow, smart space use, and more than adequate storage. Attractive gray LVP flooring with no carpet. Quality ceiling fans. Luxurious deep soaking bathtub and a large walk-in closet. Undermount deep kitchen sink, sparkling newish kitchen appliances, with heavy stone countertops in kitchen and bath. Full length glass in patio door, large slide-open windows, and wide slat blinds. Full size - and full option - washer and dryer. Usable balcony. Friendly and helpful office, maintenance, and custodial staff. What more could you want?

I have really enjoyed my experience here at Soltra. Like any apartment, there may be a few things that could be done better but no where is perfect. When it comes to the Soltra team, they are pretty on top of our needs and do the best they can for things that they are able to control. Overall I have loved my experience here and would recommend someone else to live here.

A nice, clean and once the construction is done quiet community. I would absolutely recommend Soltra to anyone moving to the area.

All staff had been very attentive, caring, & quick to answer any questions or concerns. They want to truly make you comfortable and attend to your needs to make sure you are okay. Everyone is very friendly, and open, and easy to have conversations with. It has been a smooth move in on Soltras employees part. & I love it here. And feel at home.

Overall, I am happy with my decision and the fact that Carissa the property manager and her regional manager helped me resolve. Everyone is so sweet. And Jake the maintenance man is the best maintenance man i have ever had
