SOMA at Brickell

Building is not well taken care of. For the prime location it has, it’s a shame the manteinance is so poor

I love it here! SOMA made the moving experience very smooth... from the helpful leasing staff to the amenities to the location to the apartment itself I absolutely would recommend SOMA.

Decent spot to live if you don't mind overpaying to live in a glorified closet with constant construction noises, mean staff, and hallways and courtyards that smell awful. If you're lucky, the garage gate will be broken and your car will get keyed!

Tori and Kevin are wonderful and helpful. I love them. What needs attention are the maintenance and cleaning people.

SoMa at Brickell is a great apartment building. From the location, to the amenities, apartments, and team, I am always looking forward to come back to my apartment. Thank you SoMa at Brickell for making such an amazing environment.

SOMA at Brickell is a great and a quiet place to live. You can find everything next to. Personal is very nice and helpful.

I wanted to really like this place but after 1 year, we decided to move out. Homeless in the building, trash in common spaces (including used preservatives at times - disgusting), car break ins, loud students, dog pee+poop everywhere in the halls, disgusting elevators and dogs barking non stop. The pros are only the low rent and location, other than that I wouldn't recommend moving here. The property management team is non responsive, the leasing consultant is always on video calls with family and makes you feel you are bothering her. She never has information and always needs to discuss it with her boss. Many other places in Brickell where you pay a little bit more and get a better experience.

OK facilities and great location, not good management or maintenance team.

My unit is very clean, great appliances and layout! The hallway carpets are dirty and smelly so those need to be removed and replaced, and the courtyard is a bit smelly too. With some improvements, SoMa could be 10/10!

Great facilities, need a little bit of love, but you can't beat the location.

Agnes and Kevin were a charm to work with. Agnes was very helpful in getting me situated, as well as very bubbly and fun, while Kevin helped me out as well, and gave me insight about the area. I moved here because you are walking distance from Brickell, which is where I work, it's affordable compared to what's nearby, and yet the interior is still upscale. I also chose this building because it is managed by Greystar, who's buildings I've stayed in twice before, all with good experiences. Things like valet trash, gated parking, in-unit washer/dryer, all these and more helped me feel confident to settle in at Soma @ Brickell.

Soma is in a great location and I was able to get a good rate for Brickell. Strong community of graduate students, young professionals and young families.

My overall experience so far at Soma has been wonderful. I love my apartment unit, my view, all of the ameneties offered on site and the great service from facilities/maintenance crew as well as the great office staff. In comparison to where I previously lived, this building has a lot more security and surveillance as well as on site security guard at night. Location of this property is very convenient for everything as well.

Only thing going for SoMa is its location in Brickell… The cost of living here is too expensive for the diminished quality of life, experience, and amenities. For example, smelly passageways and broken elevators are a staple and because of that you may hesitate inviting visitors here or risk the embarrassment if they come through… also, good luck finding your package in the mailroom. Staff is nice and helpful but their hands are tied with the constant pressure to maintain a property that appears to be old and wreaked with inadequate technology… SoMa appears to have given up trying to become relevant in Brickell but continues to take advantage of the ongoing real estate hype in Miami through skyrocketing rent especially in Brickell.

I moved in to an apartment and there was mold on the closet wall. Left over trash in a barrel filled to the brim, with bugs inside. Incredible place, let dogs run around the courtyard and residents not cleaning up after them.

SOMA is a senior citizens ideal apartment. Pet friendly. Location an easy walk to Publix, pharmacies, several banks, a variety of restaurants, and free public transportation, with the special Miami easy pass. And the lush green gardens, clean pool area, fitness room and special services makes it ideal for independent living!

I love everything about the building experience for the mail room. Is not very organized and packages go missing

SoMa is a great value/price option. Location is wonderful. Apartment is very good and amenities are enviable.

They overcharge and understaff, Greystar cuts corners on everything and does the absolute bare minimum.

I’m loving living here ! The condominium is clean , the amenities are awesome, the staffs are sharp , great location, safe , friendly.

This a really nice community in Brickell. The location couldn't be better, most of the neighbors are friendly and I love that it's near the heart of Brickell but the location helps to still be a quiet community.

I have so far really enjoyed my apartment at Soma, Brickell. The apartments are spacious, clean, and luxurious. The amenities are definitely top notch and so is the proximity to restaurants, bars, and the publix.

We enjoy living at soma. The staff care about it’s residents and they make positive changes for our living community.

SoMa at Brickell is a great place to leave, the fact that everything is walking distance is a definite plus. From restaurants to grocery stores everything is close. The management and maintenance teams are great, making the residents experience that much better.

Poor management. Many hidden charges. Facilities do not work properly as advertised. Few nice maintenance staffs. Few.

SoMA is a great place to live. The location is fantastic. The apartment is confortable and beautiful. The amenities are great. And the service is very good. Fully recommend!

SOMA Brickell is a rare find here in Miami.....lush gardens all around and quiet secluded courtyards; apartment meeting all ones needs; a wide variety of activities; friendly and helpful staff, esp good maintained experience; and excellent location, next to Metrorail, Metromover, buses, supermarket, pharmacies, banking a variety of restaurants, and a dog friendly park! What more can one want!

We've only been living at Soma for about 2 weeks now but so far we have loved it! Everyone is very friendly. The apartments are nice and the area is great! We love the amenities and think this is the best deal in Brickell. The quality and location you get for the price is amazing. Very grateful to live here!

Llevamos casi 3 años viviendo aquí y la condicion del edificio ha empeorado respecto a la infraestructura respecto a la limpieza y el falta de empleados para mantener todo.

Me encanta este lugar, es seguro, limpio, tranquilo, los inquilinos son muy agradables! También el personal que labora son muy eficientes. Yvett resulve los inconvenientes rápidamente, es muy nice y siempre está dispuesta a ayudar.

Everyone at Soma is incredibly professional and kind. We have only had a few problems with various appliances in the apartment and every time we have they have been fixed or replaced within a 12 hour period even when the order was submitted late at night or on a Sunday.

Los apartamentos son muy lindos y modernos por dentro, es un lugar bonito para vivir sin ruido y muy accesible para todo, las amenidades son muy lindas hay cosas pequeñas que se pueden mejorar que se ven un poco desgastadas en el área social, y algunas manchas en las alfombras de los pasillos que se ven un poco mal.

Living at SoMa is like living in a 5-star luxury hotel. They cater to your needs without breaking your wallet.
