Somerset Apartments

The apartments were DISGUSTING when I moved in in the fall. Half of the appliances were falling apart and barely worked. The washing and drying machines never worked and when they did only a quarter of them operated properly. Management did nothing to help with any of these issues. Would never love here again. Their only selling point is the location.plenty of other better places to live for cheaper.

Upkeep of the grounds and residencies is inconsistent and you would call the place old at best. Many things will likely just be broken or break easily. The internet is terrible, and this is during a time where a lot of people's classes and jobs are online. This is due not only to a weak internet plan, but also an extreme lack of knowledge of network infrastructure that leads to a constant poor connection, terrible speeds, and consistent outages. No ethernet in any of the rooms by the way. Any requests to fix situations where something breaks is ignored. Also be wary that rent is due at the beginning of every semester in either one or two chunks instead of in monthly segments. The place is also constantly noisy, which I don't mind myself, but a lot of people do.
