I like the area, location is good. Alot of department stores in the area. The apartment layout is good. Quiet community. The one bedroom, is perfect for me. The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance seems to be on top of everything.

I lived here for about 3 years, I love the place, is a great community. My neighbors are nice I didn’t have any issues so far. Good place if you have young children.

We have a great community here at Somerset at the Crossings. Our Management Team has a great deal to do with that. They are very attentive to detail and the specific needs of the community and its members who live here. They keep us informed and up to date on important matters. No matter who is on duty in the Office, you will always be greeted with a genuine smile and a caring and helpful attitude. The Maintenance Team is very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and thorough. Every interaction with the team, we found the members to be respectful and polite. Its a horrible community tons of roaches in the aparments. DO NOT MOVE TO SOMERSET AT THE CROSSING! Dangerous health hazards and the staff do not care.

Apartments are good and spacious. Neighbourhood is decent. Yesterday a homeless came inside the leasing office raising concerns on security. But overall its good.

I love our current Management Team here at Somerset at the Crossings. They are always attentive and concerned about the residents/members of our Community. Whenever they are made aware of any problems, etc., they respond positively and immediately to each situation no matter what it is, and they always follow up on those situations to make sure everything was handled or completed properly. I have lived here for a very long time, and I am so grateful for this team who is watching over us now, both the Office Management Team and also our very highly skilled Maintenance Team.

There are much nicer apartment communities to live in in the Tucker-Lilburn area. Somerset has a revolving door of managing staff/maint and owners, which contributes to the inconsistency. There is no real leadership or community feel. I have lived here since 2014 and I'm ready to leave.

The stay has been great the staff is very nice and professional .maintenance orders could be handle a little more promptly and to take a move in list and not address the issues is unacceptable but over all I love the place

If you’re looking for a nice clean place to stay please don’t apply here. If you’re looking for a home with a gym clean pool dog park and kids park please don’t look here. Every amenity listed isn’t available. They have a trash pile up every weekend. It’s horrible it’s been 3 different managers since Jan. If I could give it a -0 I would. All I can’t forget maintenance don’t fix anything.

A place is very nice, quite, good schools either you live in the unit which is Dekalb/Gwinnett county. Too many roaches even if we pay for pest control they never kill them.

Would be a greater place to stay if management handled move in better. The new team seems to never be on the same page when it comes to residence and your maintenance issues will linger even if they are small. The community itself is beautiful despite the renovations at the front of the complex

Been here 6 years and it is a nice, quaint small complex that is close to all major roadways and shopping within a 1/4 mile. Older complex but the apartment layouts are nice. I feel pretty safe here as a single woman.

The staff are very professional and Nice, Miss Simon and Ashley. Maintenance request is easy and they will come on time. Maintenance staff are very nice too.

People throw trash in woods so my view when on patio is of garbage. Meanwhile they charged me 50 for leaving my bag at the full dumpster. Its always full or not working. Spider and other pest its like they spray sugar water when they come to spray. My front room does not get cold but they tell me o have to close bathroom vents for air to circulate. The community is safe and nice !

I have lived here at Somerset at the crossing apartments for about three years. I have never had an issue. Staff is professional and quick to address issues. It's a nice quiet area, they keep the grounds clean for the most part. If I had any gripes it would be the parking. If they would perhaps assign parking spaces it might cut down on some of the problems. Overall. I would definitely recommend Somerset Apartments.
