Somerset Estates, a manufactured home community in Somerset, PA, is situated in a bucolic rural setting that’s still close to cities, activities, shopping and transportation options, including the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Our homes are available for you to rent, lease, or purchase. Somerset Estates is in one of the most beautiful areas in western Pennsylvania, and it has many homes that are more than 1,000 square feet with 3 beds and 2 baths. Somerset Estates is close to many outdoor attractions and recreation areas, including skiing at Seven Springs and Hidden Valley, as well as the Laurel Mountains and Ohiopyle. We offer new construction and existing homes, many with master bedrooms and bathrooms. All homes include large, open floor plans, with plenty of room for storage. The kitchens have room for islands, plenty of countertop space for appliances and food prep, and additional cabinet space. Our on-site manager can help you with your home and property needs. Property Ratings at Somerset Estates/Whispering Pines
Our first time living in Somerset and we love it! Everyone is so friendly and ready to help with everything. We’ve lived here now for over two months and I believe we’ve found the place for us! Brand new home with a front deck with a ramp and a smaller back porch. A large storage shed with lots of room for our stuff! Just an awesome community! Belinda is wonderful to work with!
