Property Ratings at Somerset Manor East Apartments
The apartment itself is spacious and liveable. My biggest issue is the pool. It has not opened all summer. There are constant repairs that have been delayed. I moved out because the rent was raised.

I lived here for almost 6 months before having to move for my job. I had no problems with this apartment! The winter it was very very warm and Summer was nice having the pool to cool off in. Jim was a huge help for me! He's super nice and gave me a shot with this apartment! If I ever move back to Sterling Heights this is the place I'd go!!!
I have a "Furnished" apt. Most of the furniture came from Big Lots store. Carpet is so old you could vaccume it everyday and still not get all the junk out of it. Windows are the old aluminum sliders from the 60's. Freeze in the winter. Old appliances, stove still have piolet lights,
Although we did not move in , our visiting to this apart. properties was a pleasant experience. The lady who answered the phone was very kind and directed us how to get there and just to take a look at. She answered all of our questions, offered a brochure and advised us to call in next month when there has any opening. When I sent an e-mail and they will follow up in reply. Thank you.
