We love living here. It's a nice looking complex with a great location. The layout of the buildings means they're pretty private and there's not a lot of feeling like you're on top of each other because of that. Management is friendly and helpful. We love it here.

If you like to see eagles, ducks, geese, crows, and squirrels in a nice neighborhood, come to Somerset Terrace. Lots of people on walks, many with their dogs. All respectful and friendly.

From Somerset Terrace it is a quick 15 minute trip to PDX and the Cascade Station shopping complex. It is sequestered in the Lewis and Clark Woods along the refreshing, rolling Columbia River. The condos are very well constructed of great timbers. They will last a long time with timely repairs and upgrades. Our apartment has a great balcony (needing repair) that gives a great eastern view of amazing sunsets.
