A very beautiful community. The building is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The rooftop is amazing, it probably has the nicest view to DC.

Nice installations, amenities are great, apartments are comfortable. Yo feel at home from the very beginning. The building is closed to a vibrant area but not in the noisy part. Super markets, restaurant ,cafes, shops, the metro are close.

Had a great experience with my move in. Any issues that I had where the Sonnet team could help, they always went above and beyond to make my experience better. Truly could not ask for better help or more considerate staff.

I’ve really enjoyed The Sonnet over the last 5 months. Staff is very kind and make me feel safe!!! All utilities have been very nice, I really enjoyed my spot.

Lovely apartment! Great building with kind and resourceful staff members. Have been living here for almost two years with my dog and we love it.

Elevators need work though. constantly breaking. Staff is very nice. Pool is the best in DC. Roof is the best in DC. Grills need better upkeep.

Best luxury building in the DMV area! Not only are the amenities TOP NOTCH, the Sonnet staff is incredibly supportive, accommodating and reliable.

Fantastic staff helping to make the stress of moving in smooth and easy. Cheerful, thoughtful and kind. They helped schedule the loading dock and reserved the elevator.

Nothing ever works. What else to say? Issues with plumbing, elevators, billing, and more. Management is nice, as is door people, but it isn’t worth the price. Luxury prices with little to back it up.

This place is great! The staff is amazing. Kudos to Curtis and Emily. They are always smiling and are both super efficient. Amenities are well kept. The apartments have great quality and the location couldn't be better!

I have absolutely loved living at Sonnet. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to meeting some of my neighbors and using more amenities.

Sonnet appears to be a pleasant community! I was very impressed by the leasing team, who were nice and responsive to inquiries.

I think this is a great building with great staff. They are all friendly and make an effort to get to know the residents. I have been upset by the amount of crime and shootings on U and 14 and wish I had done more research before signing. The building itself is extremely secure and I have no worries about safety within the building. Noise can be an issue here as well.

The Sonnet is a great luxury apartment building located in the middle of it all at 14th and U St. The package room and 24/7 concierge make ordering/picking up packages, grocery deliveries and takeout super easy and stress free. We got our first dog while living here and the enclosed dog run was the best way to socialize and house train our puppy and meet our fellow dog-owning neighbors at the same time. The rooftop is my absolute favorite feature though; gorgeous views, the pool, outdoor couches and a fire pit not to mention the indoor spaces. Its the perfect place to host friends and family!

Great building, very stylish. Awesome amenities and the apartments have a very modern, stylish finish. I moved in in 2021 and decided to switch to another apartment within the building (just because it is bigger). The team was super easy going with this. Great service. Would definitely recommend moving in here. Also the location is great. Right at the center of all the restaurants, coffee places and shops.

The building and amenities are very nice. After I issued some requests management took care of it and contacted me, I appreciated that. Everyone is very friendly.

If you value your sanity, choose to live elsewhere. You will have endless frustrations dealing with maintenance issues here. The roof is not worth the headache.

Slow to respond to important service requests. Zero communication on status of service requests or what was fixed or wrong. Community is unable to stop rampant marijuana use in the building which stinks up the entire floor. Reported to management several times to no avail.

I have loved the entire moving process with the team here at The Sonnet! From touring to leasing to moving in, I have really appreciated the communication and professionalism from the staff and the sense of community felt immediately upon arrival.

Lived here for a year and it was a decent experience at best. Units are overpriced, amenities are always closed and management is generally unresponsive and untrustworthy. Would not recommend this place

One of the best staff in DC!

This building was thrown together. Looks pretty on the outside but is a mess on the inside. Heating and cooling system are terrible. Building management is unresponsive to problems and hides behind junior employees. Waste of money for the expensive price tag.

The location and amenities are top-notch.

Best location in DC with young and energetic residents. Plus dogs!

I have greatly enjoyed my experience living at the Sonnet and would recommend it for any looking for a combination of top tier ammentities and a great location.

I love everything about living at the Sonnet. I have lived in various apartments in big cities all over the US and the world and the Sonnet cannot be beat. The apartments are beautiful, the staff couldn't be friendlier, the residents are kind and respectful, and the location is unbeatable!

On move-in day, everyone was so friendly! Met more people on that first day than in 2 years at our old place. Cant wait to hang out poolside.

The Sonnet has been a wonderful experience thus far! The apartments are designed smartly with lots of closet space and natural light. The rooftop is unreal with the pool and outdoor grills. The staff is friendly and always available to chat. I am extremely pleased with my decision to move to this apartment complex.

Sonnet is the best apartment building I have been in. The rooftop is incredible with a massive two-level infinity ledge pool, a 100" poolside TV, 5 grilling stations, seating for large parties and a nice green roof that you can walk around in its entirety. The units are designed thoughtfully with a high degree of functionality and great appliances. Overall A building and I am excited for the rest of the summer.

Overall, a very pleasant move-in experience. Conceirge was very helpful and nice. Leasing staff was very patient and helpful during the leasing process!

The location, amenities, and customer service really set the Sonnet apart from the cookie cutter building in DC.

I love living at Sonnet -not only are you in a very fun and lively area of DC...the residents are friendly and the front desk and leasing office have been accommodating and welcoming!

Fantastic new addition to the U-St Corridor. Beautiful design, the amenities are top notch. The pool is sizeable for a rooftop in DC and has a built in tv screen. If you have a pet, the pet spa and dog run in the community are very useful. If you (like myself) have struggled in the past with poor leasing management in DC, you will not have that experience here. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and courteous. This building is a win in my book!

I could not have picked a better place to live! Moving from a 2 bedroom with a roommate to my own studio was nerve-racking to say the least but given the numerous layout options, I finally found a studio that didnt feel like a closet! A true gem in the city! Sonnet has top notch amenities, a beautiful rooftop with 360 views, and the staff make this place something special. Manny, the leasing professional, has been extremely helpful from the time I came in for a tour to now living here. Im overall pleased with my experience and would recommend Sonnet to anyone looking for chic living in the city!

Beautiful home in a perfect location. Staff are super friendly especially the concierge Ron! Love that I'm in walking distance for all my needs!

Close to it all, but with all the amenities and silence at night that you need

The Sonnet is a wonderful living experience. From world class amenities to the best rooftop views of the nations capital, the Sonnet apartments is a hub of luxury and energy. The building offers a variety of room options to best fit each individuals preference. This building has everything to offer, and with new shops and resturaunts being installed on ground level in the coming weeks, the sky is the limit for this living community.

It's a great place to live, with a lively neighborhood nearby. I'm looking forward to seeing the building at full steam with more residents and all the amenities finished. I think anyone looking for a secure, comfortable, well designed building in the heart of a busy area would like the Sonnet!

Seeing as though I was extremely intrigued by this brand new building and great location, I decided to take a tour and see if things could work for my upcoming move. Unfortunately during the tour the leasing agent could have done a better job outlining a number of the amenities as well as the layout and design of the space. Compared to a number of prior tours during my search which I've take at other luxury buildings in the area, this one was sub par at best. ***However I did find out that they offer great move in specials which features free months (multiple) rent plus waived amenity fee. But for some strange reason they do not advertise the specials anywhere on their homepage. To anyone looking into renting at this location I would recommend inquiring about their specials*** Good luck and happy searching.
