Nothing gets done despite multiple request. My apartment was not cleaned or fixed ready for move in although i set everything up a month in advance and was told it’ll be move in ready on the 8th and still wasn’t done when i moved in on the 19th
Love living here clean safe quiet I recommend this place for anyone looking for an apartment office staff is amazing and maintenance is also amazing there on it when there’s a issue

The new management is so much worse than the last. They lie to your face and they are lazy until they are checked up on by the city. The crime in the neighborhood has been increasing with car break ins and packages being stolen. The apartment we live in is nice, but I don’t feel safe anymore. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Leasing staff is not good. Can never get ahold of someone. Can never get manager to call or email back. Staff is rude. Overall property upkeep (emptying trash cans, etc) is poor. Recently it is taking weeks for maintenance issues to be taken care of

It started off great when I moved in about 10 months ago but then it started going downhill with the trashes, parking, car getting broken into, and our other vehicle getting towed illegally. When I emailed about the issues we had from trash, parking and loud upstairs neighbors, I was given no response back via email and nothing was done to help with the issues. I still have yet to hear back and I wrote to Sonama about 4-5 mo ago via email

We just moved in on Friday and all the process was really quick. We like our apartment, it is enough space, great hardwood floor. There is a dog park in the community!!!!!

My experience with Sonoma resort hasn’t been the best so far. It’s hard to get ahold of people in the office. Also my apartment wasn’t move in ready. I paid my rent and deposit so I expect it to be ready. The unit is outdated, Im missing a door handle, closet doors, water damage on wall that needs to be fixed, upside down cabinet and broken fireplace. I’m really disappointed because I was so excited to move in! But now I’m questioning my decision. I hope they can repair all the issues with my unit.

Nothing fancy but definitely checks all the boxes. Staff is nice and maintenance is responsive. Love the location, all the necessities are within 10 mins away.

This place sucks. Staff are constantly changing and so rude. Mail boxes are constantly being broken into. My car has been broken into twice. They def need to hire better security.

I’ve lived here for a year and a half. I’ve had a mail box for about 5 months. The hot tub/pool never work. The staff are always rude. I have this squealing sound in my unit (I think it’s coming from my A/C. Got a video, out in a Maintnance ticket and the told me they couldn’t do anything about it. It’s beyond annoying and thank god this is my last month

Very quiet, the maintaince staff is very quick but the pool is not cleaned and the club house is locked at all times. Otherwise the place is very quite and well kept up.

I really enjoy the location. It’s nice to have the trail so close and not have a lot of traffic noise. Nice amenities (pool, dog run, grilling area, and upkeep) and quiet community.
Staff was great to talk with. My roommate and I were having some financial difficulties due to some work-flow changes and they were very accommodating and understanding about our situation. We were able to get everything squared away and everyone involved proved to be knowledgeable and mature when addressing our unique and sensitive situation.
I've enjoyed it. The wifi in this area is keeping it from a 5 star rating. The trash pickup would be well worth the 25 a month if it was consistently being done but it's maybe once a week?
Staff was very cordial and accommodating. They were a great help in helping me to secure the apartment model I really wanted. Special thanks to Anthony for all his help, as well as Kolton for expediting the paperwork for my move-in date.
I have really enjoyed it so far. The complex is relatively quiet and everyone I have encountered has been nice. So far complex picked up after as best with as big as it is. Maintenance nice and responsive so far. Will include more information as I'm still very new to the community.
Overall residents are pleasant and easy to interact with on a daily. The apartment building and grounds are kept semi clean, there is room for improvement. My experience with staff has been average, not the best service but not the worst either.
I've only been here about a month..but so far things are good..everybody in the office is nice..The stairs are not a joke tho..something I'll have to get used to
Feel really safe living here. Would like to see better cleaning between the hallways. Don't like the idea of having to pick-up the mail at front office.
Everyone has been so sweet! It has made our move very pleasant. Everyone we saw said hello. The maintenance team was quick to come take a look at any concerns we had.

I moved here a month ago and enjoying living here. I love when the hot tub is nice and hot and my the work out center is nice too. My dog loves the fence in dog park.
Honestly, this apartment complex has gotten pretty rough. My daily routine includes walking through dirty, stained, trash-filled breezeways. There is dog poop and cigarette butts everywhere. I constantly smell cigarette smoke and weed (I understand it’s legal). And losing easy access to retrieve mail really stinks (not the property’s fault per se). Parking is limited and is made worse when snow retrieval services do a poor job and push snow into parking spots. Maintenance is very responsive, however and that’s why I provided two stars.
Things are getting better for the most part. Can't complain there's worse out there Good trails to walk only complaint is peopl not picking up after there pets.
The apartment community isn't terrible. I like the area and I enjoy being close to the dog park where we take our dog often. I also enjoy being right by walking trails. Our balcony is nice during the warmer months. The maintenance staff is pretty quick and friendly. I already dislike the leasing staff. Just don't seem to care about residents as their emails aren't the best, they never answer the phone, and I get misleading information depending on who I talk with. The ice that builds up in front of the building is dangerous and never gets taken care of. The last snow the sidewalks weren't even shoveled. The biggest irritation is the HVAC system below us. It sounds like a car motor every time their air kicks on. I do feel safe in my apartment but besides some good respectable neighbors, there are several shady-looking characters too. I notice a lot of litter around the community when there are dumpsters everywhere. Just wish the management would pay better attention.
So far, so good! I really enjoy living here. Kolton was super helpful in the move in process, maintenance has been quick to respond to issues. Community is pretty quiet!
Everyone is wonderful, the staff is very friendly and supportive when needed. Would recommend to anyone .Clean amenities and a great variety.
Great area to live in the apartments are nice and spacious. The maintenance is great and so is the office staff. The only downside I’ve notice the last two years I’ve been around the winter time is the up keep on the parking lot area. They get very icy, and dangerous. I’ve fallen a few times already. The ice will remain until it melts, if it melts.
Odd I never received notice my lease was expiring or even sent a lease renewal. I went to pay rent and it was double what I usually pay. I went to the leasing office 4x within 2 weeks to renew a lease and eventually pay rent. By the time it was fixed I couldn’t pay rent online anymore and was forced to get a money order to pay? It seemed like I was the only one who cared about paying my rent. It was taken care of but was a major hassle for an issue that wasn’t my fault. The community is fine. Wish the gym was more cared for. Just a bunch of old equipment thrown into a small room that isn’t even secured. Gym equipment is never cleaned & feels very dirty. Pool is good though!
Mailboxes still not replaced after months and months, maintenance people drive golf carts on grass constantly. If sidewalks are shoveled some portions of sidewalk arent, leasing staff does not return phone calls or email. We are limited to using CenturyLink-no other option- and their customer service and handling of repairs is beyond terrible. Some maintenance request are simply changed to “completed” and ignored
We haven’t had mailboxes in 2 months and when you tell the office they say “it’s a big corporate project” and they an unsure when it’ll be fixed. But the fact of the matter is, is they do not care to fix it and only care about money. They are still planning on raising rent too
Some of the appliances are less than what I would have hoped but it is a nice place to live. The neighbors are actually nice though mostly everyone keeps to themselves. Picking up after your dog seems to be harder for some than others, but the grounds keepers do help keep things looking good and as clean as possible. The work guys are bosses, they are always working hard
I’ve loved living here the past five years. My maintenance issues are always handled in ac timely manner. The only issues I have are my neighbors not putting their trash in the dumpster and the loud music emanating from vehicles late at night.
Perfect place to live. The maintenance team are just awesome. You get access to the pool and gym. Lovely neighborhood. I will recommend you to live in sonama resort saddle rock
I really like this complex. It’s quiet and well maintained. The office staff (although always busy) is really friendly when you have an issue and works hard to resolve it.
1. A rusted and painted BathTub, paint not dry. 2. Rust on the shelving of the refrigerator. 3. Dented and banged-up refrigerator shelving falling apart. 4. Non-functional Kitchen sink, disassembled and filthy piping emitting a mold smell. 5. A FILTHY TOILET. 6. A Broken stove literally falling apart 7. A non-functional screen door. 8. A Wobbling and dangerous Ceiling fan. 9. A broken and glued Light Dimmer.
First month was ok and everything went south…maintenance came into my apartment without permission and then I found out they mixed up work orders, office staff never answers calls, amenities don’t work all the time. I even tried contacting corporate email and never heard back. I would never recommend this place to anyone
I have to say that I’m disappointed with my experience at Sonoma. I’ve shared concerns about issues with neighbors, their pets, and the general cleanliness of the building hallways, etc. unfortunately, communication with the office is virtually non-existent. That is one of the main issues I’ve had living here, general communication has been atrocious. I’m giving two stars solely because of maintenance; they are always responsive and take care of issues.
I find with individual issues, communication with the leasing office is lacking. It’s very hard to get a hold of anybody and nobody answers their emails. I’ve been trying to reply with options to renew my lease, but I’ve gotten no responses, and I’m forced to continuously go into the office, this is even when the email states please reply to this email. I am currently very worried about my lease renewal as I do not want to go to a month-to-month status. For the 2024 year I would like to see better communication with its residence with this leasing office.
Property isnt very well up kept. Amenities aren’t taken care of. Management always changes and can’t get any help from leasing office. I had to go in multiple times to get new lease offer. There really is nothing good to say about Sonoma. As I’m sure most people that live here would say.

Apartment complex leasing team is top tier. Love Brenda and Kristie I think her name is. Upon move-in my apartment wasn’t very clean and I had to call maintenance in multiple times. But been here for about a month and I’m liking it so far
living here is nice just sucks people don't pick up after there dogs poop everywhere. And trash around the dumpsters. As well people have stolen all the equipment in the gyms so no point on going. But over all good.
