Why so many stars?
This place is filthy, ran by people that do not know how to run apartments and have no hospitality. Everything is very run down and old and falling apart. The maintenance will not respond to pertinent everyday living items that need to be fixed promptly, and they wait for weeks. If you ask why it’s taking so long, they give you an excuse. There is no excuse. I have paid my rent on time every month, you do your end of the bargain.

Over 4 Years at Sonoran
I really like my little apartment and patio here. The maintenance crew is awesome, especially Alexis, who does most of the repairs. He loves on my dogs, who adore him, and performs his work efficiently and always with a smile. Overall, the property is relatively quiet and attractive. As it is anywhere, there are always tenants who don't follow rules and are rude and inconsiderate. The office staff is usually as helpful as possible, but doesn't consistently enforce regulations. The landscaping crew can improve, as they don't clean up things that they should, are careless with trimming shrubs, and ignore broken sprinklers and fallen branches. There should be some sound-buffering between the floors, as noise from upstairs is often problematic. Not only do the floors creak, but I can hear every step or dropped item very loudly.

Thin walls
Loud people at the pool, the grass is eaten up by dog pee, the walls are paper thin, the front office does not communicate well with us.

Leasing Director Charlene is Awesome!
I just moved in to Sonoran Apartments and its been a wonderful experience. The leasing Director Charlene is so kind and welcoming she made me feel totally at home. She took the opportunity to show me around the complex and the apartments. She explained to me everything from the amenities and features of the apartment to how much it would cost me to live there. She did such a great job of giving me information and showing me around that I applied on the spot! She made one of the most stressful aspects of life which is moving a stress free experience. She truly goes above and beyond the call of duty to help you and give you the best living experience! She is a very valuable asset to Sonoran Apartments and im very grateful for all her hard work.

The Best!
I love my apartment. I have lived here for four years! These units are beautiful, the maintenance staff keep this grounds looking amazing and they are quick to get things repaired always being respectful of me and my pet! The staff in the office are so kind and professional in helping me address any concerns I may have. The neighbors here are so kind and respectful of each other. This is a great place to live and I highly reccommend the complex.

good until move out
lived in the apartment for a year. Everything was great until move out. Front office uses deceitful tactics. Ended up paying ALOT more to move out than I should have. Ill make sure to let everyone know to stay clear!!!!

Unhappy resident
Moved in 3 months ago and am already wishing I didn't live here. The apartment doesn't have the same look as the model apartment even after being told it would be 100% identical, and the office staff is incredibly difficult to talk to for anything. We've had loiterers by our stair case, people in the pool extremely late (they're loud), and the laughable security company takes over 20 minutes to get here for any call! The main office makes it seem like they care but they don't. You have to call to speak to a few different people to get simple answers because each staff member is only responsible or knowledgeable about one thing and that's it. Also there are pitbulls here yet they try to make me pay over $400 for having my mother's 10 pound dog here visiting.

We only offer one style in our renovations and other than a variation in the countertops, everything should be the same as the model. We do have our Courtesy Patrol that you can call to handle any noise disturbance as well as the police, if you need. I'm sorry to hear you couldn't get the answer you needed from our team. Sometimes they just need to verify information before giving our residents an answer to be sure they give everyone the correct information. We do fully enforce our restricted breeds, so if you know someone that has a pitbull, please notify us so we can handle it. Along with restricted breeds, we also enforce our pet policy which states you cannot have visiting pets. If you need to dicuss a payment plan for the pet fees, please let me know. Sierra Foothills
I love where I live. It is very convient to the 2 jobs that I work. And near everything. The staff is Awesome from management down to maintenance. They are very understanding and I appreciate that after dealing with the prior place I lived in which they didn't care, there were leaks, mold, etc. And for a place that is right across from a high school, it is a very quiet complex. So in all, this place would fit any one. Single or with a family. Near schools, shopping, close to freeway access, any issues they tend to it immediately. Nicest workout center and pool area that is 24/7. Gated community. I love it.

Great Place to Live
I've been living here for just about 4 months and I love it. The staff here are genuinely happy and seem to really care about the tenants. I moved here from Chicago and Marvi made my initial experience and move in phenomenal. The community feels incredibly safe, it's pet friendly, and conveniently located to shops and restaurants. It is a little pricey but you really get what you pay for. My job is no longer close to here but I stay because of the staff and the community. The grounds are well kept, the neighbors are friendly, service requests are addressed timely, and again, the staff is amazing. They know me by name (probably because of the amount of packages I get sent the offices :) ) but they seem to really care. I'm most likely going to move to get closer to work but that will be the one and only reason that I leave. If you want a well kept apartment in a safe area with great staff, this is the place to be! Thumbs up to Marvi, Desiree, Kari, and the rest of Kari's team. They're great! They are making my decision to leave ten times harder!

Nice place
If you are looking for a quiet place this is it. I had a 2 year old living below me and I did not know this for at least 8 months. Well insulated. The complex is always clean. Also if there is a maitance issue it is fixed with in that hour.

Never Thought I Would Enjoy Apartment Living...
As someone who has always lived in a house, I was not looking forward to "downgrading" to an apartment. I couldn't have been more wrong. Since the start of my lease at Sonoran, I have been pleasantly surprised. I'm a flight attendant, so my short moments at home are completely cherished and I feel SO at home in my apartment. Charcoal colored floors and black appliances look so sharp! They really knew what they were doing when they remodeled their units. Rooms are spacious and each unit has a washer and dryer. Ceilings are high so it gives the feeling of being in a house. The grounds of the complex are wonderful. So quiet and peaceful. 3 different pools, one being resort style with electric grills, cabanas and a volleyball court. But most of all, the staff is amazing. From day one they have been helpful and cheerful. I haven't come across a single employee who wasn't pleasant. I will definitely be renewing my lease.
