The employees are nice and helped me a bit. But the Owner is very picky on situations. First day went in, the lady was really nice and all. I'll explain what my situation was:// I am currently working for Amazon, and I explained to them it was gonna be me and my boyfriend which would be here in May. Though he has no credit, no job, and no drivers license, I showed the lady the amount I make yearly or whatever, she told me that we should be FINE, ya know. I made enough to cover for him AND I. (I think it was Ashley, can't remember). I have a credit history and I technically DON'T have a rental history but I was on the lease of a place I was at before here.// Ps. I wanna say though they never called back (as said further down) they themselves were nice. So I appreciate them as at least being a little helpful. I understand my BF seeming a little sketchy, but I was told as I said, I could cover my bf and I. Now it took like a month or so just to find out i was denied. I gave them everything they needed, I called and I went there. When they said they'd call back, They never did. The owner is the main reason for this, the first call I get from her, hearing her, she was using a rude tone which was unprofessional in my opinion. She started with the fact she couldn't approve of me. I asked her why and she said: "Because I said so" and then I asked again, she said "I don't have to tell you why." Then In another sentence said: "I don't have to tell you, all you need to know is I'm not gonna approve of you." Then I asked again because this was gonna be my first apartment, she just told me she didn't like my situation or we didn't fit her criteria or something. Wanted this place because it's closer to my job by 30 minutes but now I'm gonna have to drive an hour as I was approved by someone else. Thanks Sonterra
Tonya and staff are a Delight and maintenance is Wonderful. Complex is clean and well taken care of. Pool is cold and clean.
I came with my family from Venezuela 3 years ago. As soon as I could I rented a 2 bedroom apartment and 1 year later a townhouse with 3 bedroom where we lived for almost 2 years. Sonterra apartments is a really nice and quiet place to live. Mrs Tanya and maintenance team are very responsible and take care of any event inmediately. I really enjoyed to live there. If you are thinking to start a new life in Jarrell, there is no better place than Sonterra apartments.
I moved in at the beginning of COVID after selling my house. This was just supposed to be a temporary move, 6 months tops. Tanya and Marissa were wonderful in getting me in and helped so much when I had issues with Suddenlink. They and the maintenance staff continue to be attentive, helpful, just nice people. The neighbors are respectful and pleasant. The winter storm further proved that I made the right decision to stay another round. With the stress of pipes bursting and heaters breaking, the staff was just calm and collected and attended to all of us in a timely, friendly manner. The neighbors really pulled together to help each out with food, etc..I’ve been here a year now and will continue.
This was my first apartment, and I couldn't have picked a better one. The apartments are clean and spacious with plenty of natural light. Tanya and Marissa were so helpful with any questions I had and know every tenant personally. The area is quiet and peaceful, and the neighbors are so friendly. There is a laundry room on the complex, but I also had washer and dryer set ups in my apartment. Very close to gas stations, grocery stores and the town center. Perfect location, perfect apartment, perfect apartment managers. Could not ask for anything better.
I am a Disabled Army Veteran, so naturally I am skeptical about most things... but I LOVE SONTERRA APARTMENT HOMES!! My family has been a resident since 2007 when they were in Georgetown with Apple Creek Apartments. We moved to Sonterra Apartments when they completed phase II of apartments and townhomes in 2017. We moved into a glorious new apartment with an amazing balcony view and we loved it!! We moved into our Sonterra Townhome this year (2020) and we LOVE IT!!! The owners, property managers and maintenance crew are fantastic!! The grounds are maintained on a regular basis, the pool (pre Corona) was a great place to relax, the gym is well maintained, the residents are great and most importantly- IT IS PEACEFUL!!! I love the dog park, walking trails and family park (kids playscape/basket ball court/ bbq grills/ covered sitting area) located within a very short walking distance from the apartments/townhomes. I strongly encourage you to visit and consider this your new home- my family has been extremely pleased with the level of service and attention to detail.
Tonya is a great apt manger . she goes on and above to help you get things fix or help you with your apt. she fast and quick on getting the job done. and if you have problem with your water bill or rent she will do everything to make it right. she was my Miss. Santa Claus in Dec. she help me get out of a bad water bill. you will not find a better place to live then here. the rent here is best in town.
The manager, Tonya, is friendly and helpful. Maintenance and lawncare are always quickly and efficiently handled by the friendly staff. We have had no pest control problems, even when neighbors have moved in or out. We live in one of the townhomes and the noise from our neighbors is minimal. The pools are nice. We really enjoy living here.
I lived here in a town home for six years! Great place and the owner always took care of me. Check it out!!
The lady named Kennedy in the front office is very rude, disrespectful, and has no understanding of customer service whatsoever. She makes up rules that are not even in the lease that was provided to me nor does she follow Texas Tenant Rights. There are newer duplexes being built and some are ready in Jarrell across I35. If possible skip renting and buy! Do not trust a word she tells you and if so document everything!
Our experience at Sonterra Apartments has been the best since we arrived to Texas. The administration and all its staff have shown their professionalism and interest in the residents. We recommend this owesome place if your looking for a place to feel happy and confortable. The community in general is excellent, the cordial treatment of everyone here makes us feel like we are a great family. I do not want to finish my review without mentioning that our town house is spectacular, the space of all the areas is appropriate for our family. The facilities are always in optimal conditions and cleanliness is remarkable. We love Sonterra !!
I absolutely LOVE Sonterra Apartment/Townhome complex in Central Texas! I can't say enough good. Clean spacious living areas both apartments and the town homes, Affordable, and the management is Fantastic! I would recommend this complex to everyone! I a at point where I need to relocate, and the saddest part about the move is that I can't bring our home with me. We just love it here
I also live in these apartments and have for 3years the staff is wonderful and if I ever have a problem they are right on fixing it for me .i have also checked into other apartments and all of them charge for water and that is in the Georgetown area..and most of all it is a very clean place.
This is a very nice and clean place. Obviously everything is new because it was built that long ago but very well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful, not just with the apartment but with helping me with the community. They didn't have any to show but the pictures looked very nice. There is construction building new complex, which tells me they are doing good. Hope I get a apartment there.
