Cant wait to move. Went almost a week without water. Had to join a gym just to shower and go to the bathroom. DO NOT waste your money. Cant wait to leave. Look at other reviews. If you want hot water or water at all do not live here
I am very happy living here. We moved with my fiance 6 months ago and we have never been so happy living in an apt complex. The building is big and somehow it is so quiet. Neighbors are considerate and respectful. Parking is assigned so you don't have to worry about finding parking or someone taking your space when you get home. We have a 1 bedroom located in the center of the building near the pool and now that summer has begun we expected more noise, it hasn't been the case! Washers are a decent size not oversized to fit a large comforter but generous size to fit a good load. I LOVE that we can check the status of the machines and plan our laundry. I hate that at our previous place we carried a heavy load and had to go back because all machines are taken.. It is just so convenient to have this option. We had our number programmed in the intercom since our move and all packages get delivered to your door. Gave us a welcome pack when we signed our lease with all the information needed to make our transition a smooth one. I haven't needed maintenance work but I know one is available upon request. You can submit a request via email or fill out a service request form so that's great. We enjoy the great communication with management. On 1 occasion there seem to be a boiler maintenace repair and she sent us an email notifying us of the repair so we could make arrangements. My last place would NEVER do that they would just shut the water with no advance notice. There is also a 24hr emergency line available. The building is WELL MAINTAINED a professional company is out here every other day and same with the pool guy. We are extremely happy here, Ivonne is the best manager we ever had. It is obvious she truly loves her job and cares for residents, we appreciate her dedication and professionalism.
This has the worst management ever do not get any apartment from them they are very rude and they keep on changing the office manager very year plus they never take care of the units

When ever there is a new manager, we have a smooth transition to avoid any problems. We strive in providing excellent customer service. I have lived here for 2 years. No bugs or rodents. Every week there are workers cleaning the pool , vacuuming the hallways and leaf blowing outside. Plenty of dumpster space . I have never used the gym, but it seems like it has all the basics. Walking distance to just about everything you would need. Starbucks right out front :) Manager on site. Walls are thin, so if you have loud neighbors, that could be a problem. My biggest complaint is that , for the studios, the electric bill is averaged together every month. i wasn't home for a whole month, in the summer, and my bill was the highest it had ever been ( because it was a hot month) . I only found out about the shared electric 1 year into living here because it was not made clear upon signing the lease. Also , the location of my studio makes it impossible for AT&T to get me an OK speed internet. Other than that and the sudden rent increases, I am content.

Thank you for your review. I am the new manager on site and I wanted to take the time to respond to you. I am happy to read that overall you had a great residency at Sonterra Condominiums. This property is no longer Sonterra Bliss. The electric bill issue has been fixed, all studios have an individual meter, not shared. We have an utility Management Company that comes out and reads the meters. Some units have a bill as low as $7 monthly. It all depends on usage. Thank you, In regards to rent increases. They are annually and with the proper notice ( 30/60/90 day notice ) Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
