Touring the community with Ms.Rika was great! I loved how clean and quit the property was during the evening time (rush hours). It’s a plus when you find a nice spacious apartment at great rates and it being close to my work place! The overall experience was great.

Most disgusting community I've seen, yet. We just got to Texas, and have seen a handdull of properties, but this place is like another world. The hallway floors are so nasty from leaky trash bags. Residents here had piles of trash bags sitting outside their doors, leaking on to the floor. Lots of marijuana smells. Nope. Nobody here cares.

We’ve been tenants for over 3 years. We’re quiet, reasonable, pay on time and consistently. If you ever have a problem, and trust me you will, good luck getting help. The office is seldom open. Phone calls don’t get answered. Emails go unanswered. Beware!

o not rent here! I had nothing but trouble from this place from the moment I payed my deposit. I gladly paid over 2K extra to leave this place early. 1. they charged me a pet deposit and fee when they shouldnt have, 2. I talked to them every month about this and kept getting told "we will fix it before your next bill" 3. there is trash everywhere! I have pictures of it piled in the halls that I will be posting soon. 4. it has now been three months since I moved out. Was told I was getting everything back. have not seen a cent. 5. i just found out that money I was told would be taken care of from my security deposits was sent to collections! Ive never had any thing sent to collections in my life. and a company that owes me close to $1000 dollars sent me to collections for $131 of charges they put on AFTER they accepted the apartment back! (also I tried to pay this and their portal would no longer let me so I called them and they told me they could take it out of my refund.) Edit: 6. I just found out and received a couple of letters from the complex. that they set TO THE APT I AM NOT LONGER IN! I gave them my new address before I left. yet it took me a month to recieve a notice from them that they charged me for waste management from two months before I moved out! DO NOT do it! Aweful aweful company! Lies at every turn!
The management is horrendous and they never take care of anything. Over charged us rent, dog waste all over the property, evictions every month.

I am a current resident and I would not recommend anyone to live here. The staff is the worst. I have to follow up day after day. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. It took me escalating to the property management company for them to fix my broken refrigerator. It finally got half way repaired after a month. The staff are not responsive and do not care about their jobs. I don't know where they find these people.

I reported an issue 2 months ago about the incompetent maintenance staff. I have a video that shows a plumbing snake coming up through my shower. If I would not have acted quickly I would have been severely injured. I showed the vidieo to the on site manager but the incompetent maintenance staff is still employed and I have been offered nothing for the duress, anxiety and stress this has caused me. Just imagine getting into your shower and a VERY sharp metal snake pops up between your legs. I was assured appropriate compensation and actions would be taken but NO nothing has been done. The video is very distrusbing. I still have not taken a shower in that bathroom since that incident. Since there has been absolutely no action taken I think the only appropriate response is legal action. If the staff is serious this issue needs resolved. No action means management is ok with such incompetence and life threatening actions

Offlate I am seeing rise in sewage, water and other costs per apartment. When I try to reach the front desk via emails or phone, there are no replies. Horrible apartment to live in. Just get the feeling that we are staying in a different continent. will be happy to end the lease asap and run away. Issues. 1. Break Ins - There have been several cases of break-ins to the apartment. The management refuses to acknowledge. The cops confirmed it. Its a serious issue people. Do you want to move in to a place where you want an un-invited guest breaking in during your peaceful times with precious family? 2. Ants/Insects/crickets in apartment. Severe infections to kids living here. 3. Rude Staff. 4. Incompetent maintenance and incorrect charges. Last but not the least, there is no Kathy from Bell reputation team who replies to the bad reviews here. The apartment denies to connect to Kathy when asked saying there is no Kathy working in here. So its a fake reply as well.

Safety is and will continue to be a top priority in our community, if you should experience something that makes you feel unsafe please report it to the authorities then to us so we are made aware of the situation. We also inspect and clean every unit before a new tenant moves in, ensuring there is no damage or bugs. If you are now experiencing bugs we would be more than happy to help you get rid of them, just fill out a work order :)
I wish I could give a zero. I have seen a huge degrade ever since Bell has taken over from Sorrel management. The staff is very un-friendly/Rude/Non Responsive. No more printing for residents/nobody answers calls/staff do not answer questions/emails are not replied ever. Dont risk yourself living here. It may seem nice to stay but pain to get your questions/queries answered. I had a horrible time after I gave notice to break the lease until lease end. They dont seem to know what is the process. Too many confusions regarding lease break. Will add more details/proofs soon. I've been a resident of this property going on three years now; and sadly, it's getting worse after every lease renewal. The management here is absolutely terrible! They never answer your calls whenever you call. Truly ridiculous! They don't return your phone calls whenever you leave messages. They don't attend to your maintenance request in a timely fashion- I'm still waiting and placed my maintenance ticket over a week ago! Sure, the place looks nice on the outside. But honestly, I'd prefer a dingy place with great customer service over a palace with poor resident attention. Let's put it this way- I'm out of here!!

Salute Lee love living in these apartments. They are always kept nice, clean, and well landscaped. I go to the front office a lot to get coffee, play pool, and use the computers and the staff members are so friendly and helpful (Ansley and Ashley to name a couple). If you're looking for a new place to live, I would definitely recommend Sorell Philips Creek Ranch.
