Property Ratings at Sorrento
First I would say this is a very safe and quiet apartment. The maintenance guys are amazing! They are always fast with coming to help out whenever we put a work order in and they are polite and I feel safe around them. They are always looking out for everyone. The front office people are really nice and we have never had any problems with management. The apartments are nice on the inside and whenever you move in they give you new carpet and paint so that’s nice ! The only bad thing is they don’t have laundry in the units but they have 4 on property and they are all very clean. We moved from a 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom here and both were equally nice and spacious. Good location and fair priced apartment
I Love living at Sorrento It is very well taken care of , the location is very convenient to everything you need I wish they had a gym , but there are several close . The staff is very nice , I would recommend .
I and my family were living in a mobile home that was awful. The landlord refuses to fix the holes in the walls and floors. As well as other horrible living conditions. And the rent was being increased every year in large amounts. My friend told me about Sorrento Apartments where she lived. After calling the front office, I knew that this was where we wanted to move to. The ladies in the front office are so sweet and helpful. So we moved in at the beginning of October. We discovered the back porch light, and the overhead light on the stove were out. And the towel rack in the bathroom was loose. When we called to report these items, we were in great shock when maintenance knocked on the door 10 minutes later. All of the staff here are friendly and professional. It is an absolute joy to chat with them. You can see the care and love that all of the staff put into the complex from the grass, sidewalks, laundry mats, and even some great decorations during the holidays. It’s a place that you want to come home to and are proud to call home.
Really love to live here in Sorrento Apartments. Me and my husband we live here almost 4 years and is very quiet place and friendly. I love the office girls they are so sweet and helpful at any moment.
I really enjoy living here the apartments have been updated and maintenance is very nice and quick to respond to any problems that may come up. Love the office staff too they are very kind and easy to talk too. The court yards around the apartments are amazing and the people who live here are friendly! We are so happy to be here and we highly recommend theses apartments to anyone who is looking for a beautiful place to live.
I moved here from California without getting to see the property first, only got to go off of what my husband said. I’m so glad we moved here. Very very affordable, great place to live and close to everything. The staff is amazing, the maintenance guys are top tier. Apartments are clean and updated. They feel like little houses or duplexes rather than apartments. Worth every penny.
Clean property. Beautiful landscaping. Responsive staff.
I love to live here in Sorrento Apartments. The staff are very friendly and do the work orders very quickly. The community is always clean.
Excellent management, I cannot complain about anything here. The place is always clean and organized. The residents are very lovely.
Across the street there’s a Publix, Ross, Tj Max also fast foods and more . It’s a very convenient place to live.
I really enjoy living here. I have never had a problem with management or any office personnel. Everyone has been very nice and friendly. The maintenance personnel are wonderful! They are very kind, I believe are very punctual, of course pending any emergencies that are priority. The neighborhood is very quiet. I really enjoy my neighbors. I have seen manager and maintenance personnel work together outside cleaning up debris, and planting plants, and laying out mulch. Sorrento Apartments is a great place to live.
I have live here for six years and since I don’t want to move. The best thing is that the units are like single homes so you don’t have neighbors on top ?? plus the mailbox are in front of your door. It’s been a great experience great staff and I love it here
I have lived here for two years and it was wonderful! The staff is friendly and helpful, the property is beautiful and manicured. It is quiet yet centrally located to just about everything. My apartment was beautiful and you can’t find anything around the Winter Park area that looks and feels this nice for a lower price! Definitely recommend!!!!
I stumbled upon a hidden gem when I found my apartment at Sorrento. The remodeled apartments are fantastic! Everything is new...and I mean everything! The move-in process was seamless, and the management team could not have been nicer. The apartments are so roomy, and the block construction makes them super quiet. I love that I don't have anyone above or below me. I had two things that needed to be checked after moving in, and I received professional, same-day service. My pool and laundry room are steps away, and they are always clean and quiet. I've lived in the Central Florida area for over 30 years, and this location is one of the best you can find. If you are looking for a quiet, clean, friendly, neighborhood-like community, don't hesitate to check it out!
My husband and I recently moved in to this great apartment. We love the way they have renovated these apartments, new everything! New cabinets, appliances, floors, etc. So cute, but I really wish they had washer/dryers or at least connections. I just hate going to the laundry room! They are clean and all, but still would like to be able to have one in the apartment. Everything else is great though, so convenient to everything... shopping, restaurants and even a gym across the street. Love it!
Sorrento is very clean and well maintained. The staff and management is friendly and responsive. Absolute good experience.
I lived at Sorrento in 2008 and I am actually returning to Sorrento now. I was amazed at the new renovations that have been made to these apartments. New cabinets, appliances, counter tops, flooring and much more. The back splash in the kitchen is to die for!
I lived at Sorrento Apartments from 2011 to 2014 I only left to rent a house closer to work . I am now moving back , and excited to do so .. I was very happy there !!!
I have lived at Sorrento for about two years and I could not be happier! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Also the shopping across the street is so convenient.
Great place to live! Friendly staff and great location. Close to shopping and dinning. I am from out of state and shopped multiple communities this was by far my favorite!
Management does not fix anything. The office manager is extremely rude.
Management is reliable, quiet, clean, and welcoming neigborhood. :)
