Property Ratings at Soundview Townhomes
Somone Property Manager has the best customer service. She is the best!!. Easy application process and I got my apartment!! Thank You so much Soundview Townhomes.
If you have small children this place is NOT recommended. The shootings are getting out of control. I literally walked into people shooting at each other trying to walk to my 1 bedroom apartment. And I was 8 months pregnant! I had to call maintenance literally every month for my AC going out. So much trash fills the dumpsters. All that renovating for nothing
Soundview is great to me. It has wonderful staff Tiffany in the rental office is amazing. The apartment itself is updated and has washer and drivers. You can’t beat it. No bugs. I would recommend to anyone.
The wood floors upstairs are very creaky. The 1 Bedroom apartments are positioned directly over one another, meaning that my downstairs neighbor's bedroom was directly underneath my bedroom, living room was the same. I could hear every conversation, even what TV shows she watched. Other than that, decent. Nice kitchen. No bug issues.
Don’t be wowed by the new appliances and fresh paint. The dumpsters are always over flowed, trash and old furniture, constant shootings throughout the day and night, the office is rude and the walls are paper thin! Come by before applying
I moved out here when they were still renovating and i haven’t had any complaints about the community the staff or maintenance they are all great. My only thing is there is NO storage place all the hallway closets have something in them from the water heater to the washer and dryer combo to the filter. Other than that i love it. My neighbors are nice, we all watch out for each other especially with a lot of us being single moms. I would definitely recommend here if you are looking for a fresh start, something affordable and well kept and a great neighborhood.
Maintenance and all is okay I haven’t had an issue yet. My issue is with the neighbors! This neighborhood got cleaned up just to move the same hood people out here. Trash everywhere, the city have yet to come pick up the dumpsters! It’s literally trash all outside of the dumpsters. Shootings often and having to come home with people hanging around my door step at any time of the day. I feel like I was set up
I grew up in this neighborhood and I am absolutely amazed to see the changes. I recommend this neighborhood to all of my friends. Great Job!!!!
They are very friendly & funny. My move in process was easy & expeditely.
The lies the management is horrible, if you like to hear gun shots at 2am or marijuana smoke from neighbors .The townhouse is nice but poor management and neighborhood is the worst.
Property Manager at Soundview Townhomes, Responded To This Review
I am sorry about the experience you have had. We are unaware of any gunshots going on on the property. If you would like to call the office about any issues you may have had. Thank you Management
Jamilla and Kia have been super helpful and consistent. The apartments are beautiful and I'm very excited to be able to enjoy this new community.
Jamillah and Kia helped me get into my apartment under a very tight schedule and were more than professional and kind when dealing with my fiance and I.
Jamilah and Kia made the process of getting into my apartment, easy and painless! My two-bedroom apartment is clean from floor to ceiling with all new appliances that me and my wife can’t wait to use! Thank you again Jamilah and Kia for our wonderful apartment!
I absolutely love my new townhouse. I’ve had an experience with a previous rental office where the staff was mean and unhelpful. It was refreshing to come into the office and talk to the ladies. They are very helpful and polite. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to stop by.
The ladies in the office are amazing, Very helpful and knowledgeable answered all of my questions. I can not wait to move here.
Management is very professional. Kia is excellent.
Poor management . Property manager Kia is the worst very nasty attitude.
