We have been here at South Bay for 5 years now and love living here more every year! Where do I start…The Management and staff are friendly and responsive. They also have many fun events throughout the year. I also love the free Starbucks coffee (I’ll leave some for you!) The maintenance staff are quick to respond to my concerns and I truly believe that Roger can fix anything! John also does a great job keeping the grounds looking nice and clean! The amenities are also top-notch. Conveniently located, I tell you, it will take a special situation for me to live out of here as my South Bay apartment is one of my all time favorite places that I have called home.
South BAY does try to provide quality ca re to the residents , and the property.The staff is ready to listen to concerns ,and to make fair and safe solutions to enforce the lease agreements that have been established.I feel proud to call this apt complex my home.

On multiple occasions, I have reached out to the front office about trash being left out multiple days by my front door and not being picked. Unfortunately, I did not get a response back from the front office or from management. This is upsetting because we are required to pay for trash pick up and I have had to take the trash myself to the community trashcan. My worry is ants, the smell and rodents it attracts.

SouthBay is a great community in a good location.the apartments are spacious. Great amenities like the pool, fitness center and business center. If you have a pet, there are 2 dog parks.

South Bay made it easy and convenient to want to apply for a lease. I walked in and stated what I was looking for and needing in an apartment. Luckily, they had exactly what I wanted. They gave me a tour and I was immediately impressed. I applied in the morning and had an approval within hours, keys and able to move in within 2 days!

It has truly been the BEST experience living at South Bay. The apartment complex is so clean, quiet, and overall has a relaxing and peaceful vibe. I live on the 1st floor and never hear footsteps or any of my neighbors. I am so glad that I chose South Bay over any other complex. I was worried that I was "too far" from the South Side area but it is a quick 8-10 minute drive. I am so happy here and actually enjoy living here.

Staff is friendly and always ready to help. The maintenance team is very responsive which is a nice change from some of the other places I've lived. -There was some minor material issues with the apartment that I noticed on move in, maintenance personnel were there within the week to take care of it. Another time, my thermostat went out on the weekend and their emergency line came in handy. Received a call within an hour and the maintenance was able to sort out my issue. Overall, the apartments were very spacious for the price and the neighbors are not loud. Not quite a 5-star place, but definitely ranks among the top apartment complexes I've lived in.

Beautiful property is well cared for. Clean pool with lit fountain, comfortable seating and nice deck area. Sunny exercise room with state of art equipment. Friendly staff and efficient maintenances staff. Great location easy on/off SPID, quick to beach, HEB Plus, mall and downtown.

Very nice place to live. Pretty quiet and comfortable. Only downfall is gate breaks down and they haven’t fixed the fabs to get in. Parking can also get pretty packed.

I just Love living here! The management is friendly and responsive. The maintenance crew are top-notch, I believe that they can fix anything! I love the amenities, no need to join a gym, our gym is as nice as any you would pay for. There are clean BBQ pits throughout the complex and they are meticulous about keeping the pool clean. Most of the people who live here are either military or college students , so it is a great diverse and mostly friendly group of neighbors. Been here 5 years and counting!

very nice apartment complex, have enjoyed living here, felt very homey since the day we moved in, their amenities are great, outdoor activities like the pool, volleyball sand court, corn hole, grilling, etc is also very nice, the interior is nice very homey feel to it.

South Bay is a great complex. The gates actually work all the time, the pool is constantly cleaned and maintained, and the gym has great equipment.

My experience here so far has been really good. I enjoy going the pool and how the chairs have head pillows which makes it more comfortable when tanning. Maintenance is good on fixing things on time.

I’m about to sign my 5th lease as I just Love living here. My apartment is spacious and when something needs attention the sharp maintenance staff fixes it quickly. My teenage sons and I love hanging out in the pool and working out in the gym. But my favorite part are the management staff, I tend to visit them daily as I get a free cup of Starbucks coffee. Yeah, it’s a great place to live.

The whole team is always so nice and friendly. My son loves going into the office to say hello and Adella and Monique are always so welcoming and kind. The maintenance crew is top notch as well. One of the best places we have lived and enjoyed our time at.

Really enjoy the South Bay community. The office staff is so helpful and made move in a breeze. We were bring a uhal in after office hours and they provided a lockbox with keys and email instructions. For a stressful time, I am thankful for how easy they made the process. We have been in our apartment a month now, we have had some small maintenance requests and everything has been handled in a timely and prompt fashion.
