Don’t Even Waste your time and money.
Can’t flush the toilet for weeks and have been calling everyday to have them fix it but all they did was send a tweaker in to plunge it once and then never replied to any other problems.

Great place to live
I have lived here for 5 years and I love the place. It is affordable and the management is kind and considerate. No problems with pests or theft

Not acceptable
These apartments are cheap considering the location but do not let that fool you. The apartments are old and falling apart because they were built with materials used for mobile homes. Several apartments have mold that management is not willing to deal with and bed bugs are popular here. Special treatment is given to those who get in good with management but otherwise you are held to strict rules. They have recently stopped accepting government assistants and it is forcing many people out of their home. Management is unprofessional and lazy. If you can, avoid this complex at all cost but is you can't, don't stay long.

their old and run down , the property is beautiful, close to uca, but the owners didn't want to spend any money to improve the quality of the poorly constructed structure, the drive way is full of holes & random speed bumps
