The community it’s in good condition and every time I submit a request it’s effectively completed. Excellent job from the community manager team.

We stayed here since 2022 and absolutely love this place . Staff are amazing and helpful and place is kept clean and safe. Mark is a Superstar . We are moving out of Florida but when we come back , we will definitely love to be back here

The place is very quiet to live in, they keep it clean, the administrative staff is always very friendly and attentive to any news or questions we need.

Leasing agents has been great, apartment was not all clean when I moved in. Other than that, place is quite, good neighbors, nice location, close to everything.

Amazing place to live and Mark was an exceptional with us. Everything was clean and new to be used. We are super excited and happy around here.

I wish the pool was heated. It's tough around the rainy season because there's a bunch off frogs. The housing manager is nice. IT can be a bit loud if you're near the pool at night because of floaters, homeless, or just residents who don't care about pool rules.

We’ve had a wonderful experience so far. Many of our neighbors are very friendly and the office staff is great. They are quick to address any needs we’ve had arise.

Moving is was great ! Apartments are nice and clean when you first move in. The apartments are also very spacious with lots of storage ! Great price for what you get !

Management is incredibly responsive and friendly, community is clean and in an extremely convenient location, and rent is super competitive. So far so good!

South Pointe Apartments feels like a great place to live so far! It is quiet and clean, and the management is very helpful and quick to assist you with any questions or concerns. My dog is adjusting well. And I love my apartment...Thanks for making me feel welcomed!

Wonderful, peaceful, fun, positive, pleasant neighbors and community. Office staff and maintenance team are super kind, respectful, fun, and positive. Providing open, helpful, kind, considerate, respectful communication, and assistance always. Fun and relaxing pool, lounge, and gathering area. Lovely little lake, many ducks, birds of all sorts, little turtles etc.. Other quite useful well maintained and super convenient amenities. Great location as there are a couple beautiful parks nearby, as well as a few very nice stores, restaurants, and other convenient places. I am very grateful.

Quick to address repairs, no matter how minor. Friendly and answer questions well. LOVE my washer/dryer, much better than sharing time with 19 other residents at my other place.

My overall experience in my community is a good one. For the most part, my complex feels safe and has trustworthy and respectful people. I appreciate 3rd parties and maintenance who keep our pool clean and our grills fueled. Maintenance is always quick to respond and helpful. I do like the partnership with Bilt allowing us to report to the credit bureau on our rent payments and earn points for paying through the app.

I recently had the pleasure of moving into this apartment, and I can confidently say that it deserves an outstanding 4-star rating! The layout was well-designed, making optimal use of the available space, and the furniture and decor were tasteful. The property management team was exceptional, addressing any concerns or questions promptly and professionally.

The staff have been amazing. Maintenance requests are done next day. Love the pool and grill area. Overall Southpointe is a lovely place to live.

I have lived here almost 8 years, and the office & maintenance staff are incredible. They are attentive, kind an effective in making our experience pleasant. The neighbors are thoughtful and a joy to be around. All of these things, make for a win-win for everyone.

The community location is perfect. Close to the Base, Shopping, Downtown, Bayshore and Westshore. Love the amenities. The Pool, BBQ, and Fitness Room are amazing. The Manager is so nice and very professional. The Maintenance staff go above and beyond to make everything perfect. I love living here. Thank you for all you do!

So happy with our experience here at South Pointe apartments! We are renting a 1 bedroom 1 bath and have all new appliances, countertops, & flooring. The staff is incredibly kind & hardworking.

Been here three years.improving.our new manager has been great.security is still lacking out sides and back of complex know corporate is aware of the homeless people who have been a problem here for years . been trying to assist in any way!

I love the community and the people here are amazing. I just wish they didn’t allow dogs to wonder all over the pool area. They have areas for that.

I wish there was some sort o nature trail and locks for the screen door. But the staff is so nice, it’s easily one of the best choices for an apartment.

Good place to live. Quiet location close to shopping and brand new Publix. Great little gym. Landscaping is nice and well maintained. Just a great place to live.

Absolutely amazing. The community here is so wonderful! People here are friendly and helpful. The management and staff are INCREDIBLE! They are here for you, if you have a problem, they will work with you. I couldn't ask for more, this is an amazing community. There's no loud noises or party music, it's quiet. I feel safe, it's clean. It feels like home!

This is my 3rd apartment in the Tampa area, and by far the best. I absolutely love the location! Everything is so close, and with Tampa's increasing traffic, it really makes all the difference. The property is lush and filled with palm trees. The pool and hot tub are well maintained as well. The leasing office is always friendly, and takes care of any concerns. My favorite part of the apartment is the spacious screened in deck, large walk-in closet, and the vaulted ceilings for 3rd floor apartments. The neighborhood is safe, and if you like walking with a view, Bayshore is only 1.5 miles away. The only slight downside is the noise. You can definitely hear the cars outside on busy Gandy, or a door shutting, dog barking, etc but that's to be expected in an apartment and with all the other pluses, it's not a big deal to me. 20 min to the airport, 15 min to Downtown/Channelside area 10 min to St. Petersburg 10 Min to South Howard If you're new to the area, I definitely recommend it here for the price, and convenience above all :)
