South Ridge Apartments

I have been trying to get them to fix the roaches in my apartment since December and they keep getting worse. The apartment manager does nothing but have them spray my apartment so i stop complaining but the spray does nothing. She refuses to spray the building and just sprays my apartment so it has done absolutely nothing. The roaches infested my car too and they are everywhere. A real exterminator is needed but they don’t care about their residents at all.

We have been living here for almost 2 years. The management is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance responds very quick whenever we’ve had to call. The apartments are affordable and spacious. There’s so much to do in the area close to the airport in not too far from the theme parks. We love it here.

Poor communication and very unprofessional, they don’t answer the phone and will ignore your calls. They just want your application fees. It was super stressful trying to reach the office when applying. Don’t bother renting here.

I've lived here for about a year now. It's been pretty smooth. Anything I needed, the office would send maintenance within a day. Many times even same day. I'm satisfied with the area and will be extending my contract. It is close to Downtown, the airport & the Florida mall.

Great family neighborhood. A lot of options around area when it comes to schools. My kids have made a lot of new friends in area. Also a ton of new neighbors coming into complex but all are friendly and inviting. Love my 2 bedroom! Office staff made the transition quick and easy.

I've been living here for a year, just renewed! A new management took over, they're doing great with the neighborhood. Love my new vanity set plus washer/dryer in my unit. Definitely taking advantage of staying here with current pricing!

This apartment needs to be condemned. First of that “deposit” that they require you will have to go to the courts to get that back. The building is roach infested, the “ office/ management” will never give you a direct answer nor help with anything. Trust me you can find something better

This is an incredible place- large apartments, clean complex. I have family that lives here, and the staff cares for the residents. I recommend this place to anyone

I love this place!!! For the area this is a pretty peaceful place. The price is great for the size and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. Awesome place to live for anyone!!!

A great place to call home! The entire staff are always greeting with a smile and are very helpful to the needs of the complex. They are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean daily by the friendly courteous workers. The apartments are spacious, well kept and updated. Its a great community and peaceful and most importantly safe. A perfect place for your family!

The apartments are always improving in the time I lived there. The office has a team that is very diligent and is there to help us when something is wrong. I recommend it since I had no bad experience. - John Z

Great community. My mom has lived here for a few years now and I visit on a regular basis. The office staff is friendly and the neighborhood is quiet (compared to others in the area). Plus, the rent is amazing considering how spacious the apartments are. The pool is a nice addition, as well! If I lived here, I'd give it 5 stars!

I drove over today, I live up the street in a house and its time to down grade but within budget. I spoke w danielle and all the concerns and fear I had with renting disappeared. They dont have washer/dryer hook-ups which is a bummer but Im ok with it. Im looking forward to moving further with the application.

Management keeps the property clean I’ve noticed. Over time they’ve improved many little details around the complex and the atmosphere feels better

This is the absolute worst place to live ever! First Maintenance never show up to help. Haven't cleaned our air filter in months. Second maintenance move the trash to one dumpster to another to avoid cost. Its disgusting. Not to mention every tenants have roaches. I spoke to every single neighbor and they all have the same problems. There are drug dealers and there was a recent shooting in the area. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AND FOR THE RENT YOUR PAYING PUT YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!

My family and I recently relocated to this Orlando area, and there are no regrets! Great prices, large apartment spaces, convenient location to the malls, shopping center, gas station, and schools for the kids. Definitely would give my experience so far ten stars

Came to visit my sister for a little bit, during the summer, and I honestly had a great time! The office staff was super friendly, residence were great and super respectful. I would consider moving to this location!

I honestly love South Ridge! I’ve been here quite some time and to see all of the changes for this complex is amazing! The staff really take pride in what they do! I definitely received recommend this place !!!!

The layouts of the apartments are very versatile and comfortable. The pool is awesome for hot days and is kept clean! The office staff have always gone above what was necessary to assist me. They are always improving the property and that's what I love!

Great apartments; much more spacious than others in the area. Management does a great job of keeping the place clean and orderly. Renovations have turned this place into a gem. Close to all the great spots in Orlando, including the Mall at Millenia, the Florida Mall, Downtown, and the major theme parks. Walmart is right down the street too. Great quality and prices
