Extremely rude management. We went for a tour and the manager didn’t even bother to talk to us properly or take our call when we called a number of times during office hours for days. If the visit was this bad, I can’t even imagine how the stay would be in the long run. Big NO from us.

They are taking away the large trash cans that get picked up weekly and replacing them with small trash cans and recycling bins that get picked up only 5 days a week. You leave outside your front door from 5pm to 11pm and then some guy comes by and grabs it. Who wants a bunch of stinky trash on everyones front porches almost every evening. Now you have to remember to put it out every day, otherwise you only get a small 13 gallon trash can. Good luck throwing anything large away. Also must be under 25lbs as someone has to hand pick everything up.

I’ve lived at South Ridge Town Home’s for 2 years. They just changed management Jan 2019 which is the most horrible thing I’ve experienced. Kimberly(manager)is the worst person to be the face of this property. I’ve never been treated so badly in my life. She doesn’t care about you or that you pay a premium to live here. They don’t shovel the side walks when it snows. My family has fallen on the ice because they don’t care to put any ice melt down, they expect their residence to do it. Kimberly is RUDE every time you go to ask a question or god forbid need something. I would not make the same mistake and move here.. TURN AROUND AND RUN!!

When we moved the bullet hole remained next to our door. I left a review about a year ago and things were great then. Since then, our experience took an entire 180. There was a firearm accident with someone else in the complex. Thankfully no one was hurt, however no one from management reached out to us to make sure everyone was okay. We had to reach out to management to ensure we weren’t liable for the bullet hole next to the door. Hardly pet friendly. The grass areas became constantly dirty with dog waste. The pet waste bins were hardly emptied and the bags constantly ran out. There was garbage all around the complex as well. Absolutely filthy. Our two dogs got sick several times from being out in the dirty complex. Towards the end of our stay we had to go month to month which cost us more than our now mortgage payment. Management doesn’t care and that really hurts tenants. I would not recommend renting here to anyone.
My family and I just built our first home and needed something short-term. This place was the perfect home for my family! The location was right by my husband's work so naturally we knew this would be a great fit for us! We rented the 3 bedroom and it came with a two car garage! There was Plenty of room with the large storage pad they have inside! The staff is super sweet and professional! You can tell they truly care about the residents here! I will absolutely refer my friends and family to live here! Thank you for making this stressful time a little easier for us!!!
This place seems PERFECT, except for the fact that they FORCE you to purchase a $100/month "media package" that includes Dish Network cable TV and internet service - and they ONLY allow those providers, no others. The Internet service is by a no-name company and shared between all units. I've seen quite a few complaints about the service from customers... not acceptable if you rely on decent service in order to work from home. If you do work from home, this is not the place for you. I asked them if they could make an exception so we could get a different provider and they refused. I don't want cable either, so why would they force me to pay for it? Oh well, I *was* going to RENT from them, I won't at this point.
We have the 3-bed units, and the garages are HUGE. I haven't been able to find a garage that large that would fit my husbands full-sized truck, my crossover SUV, 2 dirt bikes, extra washer/dryer plus all the extra stuff people accumulate over time. Guest parking is ample, so when we have many people over, they weren't hurting for parking space. Dog friendly, but kept very clean. Close to the Jordan River and Nature Preserve, so it's cool to see all the different birds. It doesn't really feel like you're on a busy road. High-end interior. LOVE this place. Highly recommend.
South Ridge is excellent for people looking for something convenient. Right off the I-15 with tons of food, shopping and activities near by. Being new, these town home/apartments are in excellent condition. Friendly staff and security in the nights bring comfort. Pet friendly. Large pool with an amazing hot tub. They layout is amazing in the complex creating a friendly, outgoing and respectful community. Ten Stars!!
This is the perfect place if your looking for something classy and convenient with exception views. Right of of I-15 you have quick access to anything you need. Near shopping malls, great restaurants and tons of activities like miniature golf, indoor/outdoor rock climbing, movies and many more. This community has a large pool with an amazing year round hot tub. It is pet friendly and close to the Jordan River trial where you can take you dogs for longer more scenic walks. With a friendly, outgoing and respectful community, you cant go wrong with south ridge. Ten Stars!!!
Nice upgrade for a recent grad, marble counters, powder room, lets just say I feel a little fancy living here. Two mins from mall, walmart, grocery stores and a ton of eateries. Also right next to a bird preservation so a nice little river area that won't be removed.
The South Ridge Town homes are perfect for a couple or small family. It is located right off the freeway and has many amazing stores and a mall within 5 minutes. The town homes are all very new and have beautiful, energy-efficient appliances. There is a beautiful pool and hot-tub, children's playground, gym, clubhouse, and many places to take your pets. It is also located right next to the Jordan River Trail which is amazing for walking, running, or biking. All around this is just a wonderful place!
