New property manager
Very prompt handling of any problems by the maintenance staff. New property manager who is the opposite of the last manager. The apartments are almost 50 years old, but have been well maintained. The two bedroom apartments are fairly spacious, with two large bedrooms, and a large living room, and a dining area.

Rude Management after the Contract is signed.
Denise who is in charge of the office is extremely rude. I would suggest to not rent unless you have no self respect.

Beautiful location. Spacious, bright rooms, ample closet space.
