Please keep and fix the pool! We dont want it to be made into a tennis court

They have not fixed anything for years, there is giant pot holes in the driveway and parking lot, the pool has been down for years now (we want the pool back! We dont want a tennis court!) Someone garage doors have issues and the buzzer system doesnt work.
