Property Ratings at Southern Highlands
Walls are made of cardboard and you can hear everything from the people living to your right, left, up and down stairs. If you want peace and quiet, not the place to live. Halls always stink
Property Manager at Southern Highlands, Responded To This Review
Thank you for taking the time to reach out. Our team is a bit discouraged to read about your concerns, but we definitely do appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We want to apologize for the issues that you have listed about noise levels. Let's talk about this in person either in our office or give us a call so that we may remedy this. Sincerely, Southern Highlands Management
I have a family member that lives there. The building has had several new owners, but with new owners, the building also go better and better. I know that my family member apartment was upgraded, as well as other people apartments. They treat everyone like family. Management care about their tenants and always go the extra mile. They provide food by having a food bank deliver free food weekly. They also have special events for every holiday.(A full coarse meal might I say.) The place is clean for the most part, but have some tenants that can be messy at times. The staff is wonderful and caring. During the Christmas season ,They provide gifts to the tenants. This place is wonderful.
No 4 stars if more people gave reviews who live here will change to a 1. This is a scary place to live with roaches, bedbugs, bad pipes break, apartments flood all the time. I lived here for over a year moved in because I thought for safety with cameras and front desk. a new company took over, no more 24 hour front desk. People steal, on drugs, smoking weed on patio, curusing out loud. Not normal senior citizens. Managers are lazy and they dont not care about tenants. Just stay away if you can.
They have camera's all over the place, someone at the front desk and a guard at night. Perfect for a single mom and her special needs son.
