Property Ratings at Southern Village Apartments
Having retired several years ago, we sold a large country home and began looking for an apartment with several special features: Reasonable rent; excellent amenities; located very near stores, a bank, restaurants, and medical care; and conveniently located to most Triangle attractions. We considered nearly a dozen apartment communities, and Southern Village Apartments was the only one that met all of our requirements. We moved here in early 2016, and we've been completely satisfied. Management maintains the community to an extraordinarily high standard, every request or question is addressed immediately, and the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. We love the pet-friendly policy and the many nice features such as the gym, pool, great club house, free video and music loans, free coffee in the clubhouse, and more. And we're just a two-or three-minute walk to restaurants, a bank, a movie, medical offices, and more. We could not be more pleased, and we plan for this to be our permanent home.
