It’s been ok, nothing to bad. In the beginning the maintenance men had to keep coming out for the same issues. Other then that they come right away when something needs fixing.

I moved here in August 2024, the community is very safe, plus shopping area is great if you odnt feel like driving you can walk there. The apartment staff is great, they are kind, always willing to help!

I really like living here. I've been here for 3 years. The staff has always been helpful and supportive. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently plus there is never any mess. The Community is clean and well managed. Any issues that arise seem to get a very prompt and efficient response.

The place is cool and better than most apartment complexes. However, there are too many issues with their appliances and the staff just isn’t fully equipped for resolving them yet.

I like living here. Maintenance staff is great and friendly, office staff is good too, so far. Property is well kept (except there are some buildings that may need a bit of power washing and areas of the community that trash needs to be picked up). There are also a lot of preventative maintenance that they do every so often like dryer vent cleanings, filter, smoke detector changes, etc. which was truly helpful and keeps the resident's mind at peace.

This is a great community. Luxury apartment experience without the luxury prices. Such an elegant place to live in. Apartments are clean. Bath tub, toilets, floors and cabinets are clean and well maintained.

So nice I came back to reside here after moving away 6 yrs ago. Of course everyone has their own opinion and experiences, Personally this is the best well kept apartment community I've lived. Management and Maintenance are wonderful and very responsive. When I lived here few years ago Allie and Jamie were awesome to my surprise Jamie was leaving the week I arrive and Allie was promoted to Property Manager, way to go Allie ?? The property is clean the buildings are clean and I can come home after a long day of noise and complaints to peace and quiet which I adore. I'm baccck!!!!!!

Beautiful community, conveniently placed but tucked away location, little to no noise, nice amenities and polite staff. Also, I’m pretty satisfied with my unit and I do appreciate the effort put into throwing events for residents. I’ve been here for 4 months now and I don’t really have any complaints, just some minor suggestions for improvement. I definitely recommend :)

Overall the property is very nice! The grounds are kept well, the apartments are cute and the staff is always nice. However, if you plan on staying for more than a year it’s not worth it. I’m am nearing the end of my first year and am getting a rent increase of $245.00 for a 2 bedroom. As someone who has been in property management for 8 years, this unheard of. A 9% increase is high but at this property I am getting a 15% increase. I even checked going rates to see if they’re just that high now but no. I could maybe understand if there were major renovations happening to the units, gym, playgrounds, and pool. But that’s not the case. Don’t waste your time if you plan on staying more than a year. It’s unreal.

i am very happy here. The Staff is professional and responsive to any inquiry. The response time from Maintenance to my problem was the same day and taken care of immediately. The grounds and facility are very well maintained.

I like living here everyone is friendly. The maintenance guys are very hard working and friendly. As soon as we put a ticket in for service they take care of it right away.

The staff here has been wonderful and made my move not only easy, but exciting! The community is well-kept and feels very safe. And the apartment itself is very nice and upgraded beautifully. The only negative thing I could say is I can hear every footstep from neighbors above, but it is tolerable!

The apartment is spacious very clean and feels like home. Leasing office is the best !! They worked with me the entire time making my move In extremely easy. The area outside is beautiful and they do a great job with the upkeep. Excited to live here. Everything is great from the parking, amenities, and location.

Southfield is a nice, quiet, safe and family community. This is the best experience I’ve had living in an apartment yet. While I think that more closet space is needed, I’m happy with my apartment.
