I lived there for about 2 years and here is my assessment. The property is decent. The units for rent are hit or completely miss on natural light. The buildings are packed into the area and unless you have no building in front of your windows you hardly get natural light. There is a gym which is decent (dumbbells, smith machine, cables, cardio), a good pool and surrounding area. A good clubhouse that has a fireplace, pool table, and a few individual office areas that you can use. There is also great access to 35, Target, Cub, Starbucks and Caribou. However, the office staff is not empathetic at all, very cold responses to emails and sometimes rude. Poor communication. Enforce some rules but not others.

My family and I lived there since 2016. I spent 2 days cleaning the unit after we moved out. Making sure to clean everything I could. We didn't want to move but were forced to so that they could renovate the home. I shampooed the carpet in the bedrooms only to be charged $200 for carpet cleaning. I cleaned the fridge, and the toilets only to get charged $230. I took a magic eraser to the walls only to get charged $130. I got charged $130 for garbage in the bins!? Why in the heck would I bring the garbage cans down on a Wed when garbage does not get picked up until the following Tuesday?! I decided to get cleaning down now because I have surgery on Friday for my cancer and didn't know if I would make it back on Sunday to drop the keys off. So thanks charge me money when I was trying to be proactive due to my surgery and I didn't know how the weekend would go! I told maintenance about the shelf in the master bedroom closet that was broke but yet I get charged $100? And about that closet door in the 2nd bedroom, that closet was like that when we moved in, had you been the management when we first moved in you would've known about that. But charge us $25 for that. My husband told me to bother doing anything because we won't get our deposit back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and cleaned the home anyways. I should've left the place alone and not done a thing.I was hoping we could get some of our $1500 back, now we only get $94 back. Well you can take the check and shove it! They will nickle and dime you till there is nothing left!

Bad management, horrible maintenance, no snow removal. Three days and the sidewalks are still not cleared. Do yourself a favor, and find something better. From the day I moved in, my closet doors are falling off, there are water stains on the ceiling, there is an 1/8" gap between the entrance door and the threshold. If it snows expect to wait days for it to be removed poorly! Again, do yourself a favor and find something better.
Snow removal in this complex is horrible. Prepare to have to own your own shovel and use it to get out to your car. They let the snow just pile up all day so you are forced to walk through it to get anywhere, and your car also gets stuck in the driveway/parking lot. Very unsafe, especially for the elderly and young children. It has been snowing for almost 24 hours and there has been no snow removal on the sidewalks or driveways. We pay WAY to much money in rent to not have someone to do snow removal and keep up with it.
ZERO STARS!!! Ever since we moved in it has been problem after problem we have had to call maintenance constantly! Horrible service! Moving in is already stressful and they just make it worst. If you are thinking of moving here please do not because it is such a head ache. I've spoken to other residence and they have had the same problems when something is wrong with the place they blame it on house keeping! The first day we moved it there were two problems with our town home already. One of the residence had to put their furniture on wet grass because the place was not ready by move in. You have been warned!
