About Southgate Campus Centre
SouthGate Campus Centre is a student-only private dormitory in Tallahassee, FL, serving attendees of Florida State University, Tallahassee Community College, and Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. We are the only dorm option for students starting college in the TCC2FSU and TCC2FAMU pathways programs. For years our focus has been to provide our students the ideal environment for a great start to their college careers. Combined with a focus on success in academics, we strive to infuse our students with the deep traditions of FSU & FAMU. School spirit, university involvement, and campus life are all the cornerstones of SouthGate’s Residence Life program. We truly believe when our students leave, both parents and students together feel they have taken away the best college experience in Tallahassee.

The neighborhood stretches from just north of Highway 90 south toward Seminole Golf Course and Club. Because it is so close to campus, University consists of a variety of housing -- ranch-style houses, townhomes, apartment communities, and student housing developments help make this eclectic area even more interesting. Mature trees shade the streets, and residential areas with cul-de-sacs create a suburban feel to this downtown neighborhood. Residents enjoy proximity to Bobby Bowden Field at Doak Campbell Stadium, home of the Seminoles football team.
