Southland Station Apartments

This place is the worst place I have ever lived. First, when the dumpster is full people just start leaving trash everywhere and they also let the dog poop waste baskets overflow for months. Second, our heat didn’t work most of the winter and we had to purchase a space heater to keep part of our apartment warm enough. Lastly, our A/C broke at least once every season. This led to the humidity rising and mold growth. On top of that our neighbors water heater leaked into our apartment so that also led to mold growth. The complex called it “mildew”, when a person with common sense knows mildew doesn’t rot your wooden furniture from the inside-out. We found mold on almost every piece of furniture, kitchen appliances, clothing, shoes, walls, and under the counters. We showed them all of it and they did nothing for us. Save yourself the trouble, move somewhere else.

Pool has been closed for over a month because of something so CHILDISH! Management is NOT good here. Trash located behind buildings, maintenance lies & barley fixes issues, dog poop is located all over the property. Rent is too high and it does not make up for it in the inside

Don't come here if you wanna live in a place where people are going to smoke pot all day long and the office won't do anything for you. (Even when they know your allergies and overall health are going bad because of it) The only thing they will do is to repeat the same robotic answer they memorized and hung up the phone on your face if you are not happy with it. I thought we paid to live here, but they treat people so badly that it seems it is for free. Please search a place that cares for you and your family. They don't.

I am slways telling others about where I live and.how.much I love love living here. I am not a suck up . I speak truthfully period.

Great quiet place to live. If there is an issue with your apt home , there are there within a very short time. The staff is very professional and kind. I love the fact that they know my name. I would most definitely reccommend living here. I'm not going anywhere. I have never been more comfortable than I am now.

Beautiful apartments inside and out. Staff is exceptional.

We moved in in July 2020, so far we have had a very pleasant experience living here. We live in a 1/1 and it is spacious. It is quite and have very friendly neighbors. The staff are always nice and sweet. If we ever have a question or need assistance they are always helpful.

Southland Station is a great place to live. I love the staff. Kudos to the office staff. Love these guys. Always going above and beyond. Ms. Sandy is a treasure.

I really love living here. My apt is the petfecy size for me . If I have a problem and I leave it on thr voicemail , they come right away to handle my issue. The staff ate on point. You should be proud of yout team. I am .

Been here safe and Sound as a single lady, for almost 5 yrs..Close to EVERYTHING....

Maintenance always comes and fix things when I call. And, a timely manner.

Too high for a non-gated community. Too noisy for most. Avoid unless you have no other choice.

Always timely and professional couldnt ask for a better group of people.

Best decision ever! I'm so glad I choose Southland Station Apartments. Beautifully kept grounds, professional front office staff and a maintenance team that responds quickly. I love the spacious apartment layout and convenience to the base. It also very close to a lot of nice eateries and shopping plazas! Great price, location, and apartment all rolled into one.

The apartments are old and outdated. They need to be completely gutted and rebuilt. Bathrooms and kitchens need complete makeover

Would not recommend this place currently there some serious changes that need to take place . If I was to run my business like this it would of been closed along time ago.

I have only been at Southland Station Apartments for almost 2 weeks but have had nothing but positive interactions with the front office and maintenance team. They are very responsive and keep the property beautifully maintained. I'm glad I chose this property.

I have not been here that long not even a month yet but I love it here.

I have lived here for over four years now. Before moving in I investigated the property day and night. I would drive through different times of night and morning just to see the landscape and if people were hanging out or was the neighborhood safe. After being here for four and a half years and a single female who work nights, I must say I've always felt safe at Southland Station. It's kept basically clean however I think they could beautify the landscape a little bit more with more colors and flowers........

Pointless. Management has changed 4 times since I have been here. No one listens. I even contacted corporate with my issues because management was poor. So asking these questions are pointless because you all don't care and probably don't even read these.

I really like the community it is quiet, friendly, and relatively clean. My only complaint is residents who don’t pick up there dog poo despite numerous signs and warnings. The staff is friendly and maintenance is prompt. I would recto anyone.

There is simply not enough room here to type all that is so grossly wrong with the property management of this miserable excuse for a “community.” The tenants don’t care, and the staff is beyond incompetent. Trashy, crime-filled, viscous dogs, stray cats, rodents and bugs, dog poop everywhere, noisy.... and WAY overpriced. Save yourself and look elsewhere; you’ll be glad you were warned.

This is one of the safest and most beautiful place to live in Warner Robins. The people in the office are helpful and feel like family more than anything. I Love It !!! Soon as you put in a work order they come in the same day. Everything is convenient!!

"A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The workout rooms are open and rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience to shopping and everything at hand. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood."

They absolutely suck they change there rates on you on the drop of a dime they don't care what it says on there contract they say they pay for water then turn around and say there not doing that anymore I had to have my refrigerator repaired FIVE times each time it just got worse they don't care if your going through a hard time they WILL NOT work with you at all the employees and all are very careless there nice to you until you move in. They don't care about noise or bug complaints they never get to them as a customer you are there last priority and they dont care about military families do not move here I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I promise you'll hate it!!!

The surrounding area is very nice and close to everything. The maintenance team fixes the issue in a timely manor. The rent is affordable and the apartments are spacious.

I have been a resident since June 2015....I absolutely adore the layout of my apartment!!! Whether you are looking for a home all to yourself or would rather share it with a friend/loved-one this is the community for you! Poolside fun and nature-adventure from our balcony view are two of our most enjoyable places we have made memories :) Our neighbors are delightful and our building is gorgeous with the new renovations recently completed....trust me it was nice before too!!! Talk about top-notch customer service--the staff are extremely helpful and available to answer questions or provide solutions to any concerns that may arise!!

Me and my family has only been living here a couple of months and we absolutely love it !!!! Nice neighbors , kid friendly , amenities to accommodate all ages! If you're searching for a nice complex to live in ,Southland Station is definitely the place!!!!

i currently been living in southland station apartments about 2 years now. its very clean and quite place to live, you have 2 big pools, tennis court, 2 parks for the kids and a few nice area to BBQ and grill. the price of the rent does includes you rent, water, cable and trash. so that's a plus in my book sense that knocks out 3 bills in 1 for me..

This is a good place to live. Its quiet and family oriented. The staff are helpful and friendly.

This apartment complex makes me jump for joy. I enjoy living here tremendously. My apartment is spacious and is so comfortable for my family. The units are quiet and everyone living here are friendly. The leasing office has always worked on everything in a timely manner. I feel that this is a family oriented complex. We have all the amenities needed to live. I tell everyone to look at moving here. I'm happy to call this place home.
