Management failure
Getting timely repairs and normal wear and tear upkeep is next to impossible and management is very sub par upon move in she was oh now if you see anything wrong or there's a problem or some needs fixed just let me know .well doing that gets no results there should be maintenance and repair request forms and also a log of who and how and when each issue was resolved there should be record upkeep and seasonal maintenance .because in Illinois landlords are obligated to do needed repairs
