I love the location! Right by Casey's, which is very convenient especially if you don't drive. And everyone in the office is really nice, and work with me during these times concerning my medical conditions, and that's so important to me!

So far, I really like living in the Southview Village. It my apartment is quiet, outside there are trees surrounding the building, nice view of the interstate, easy access to interstate and to get to my place from the interstate, right by a gas station, maintenance man Kent is wonderful, extra parking spot in front of my garage, and decent pay for a two bedroom.

We have enjoyed living at southview village for the past 3 years. Our neighbors are friendly, quiet and respectful to one another. Office staff is always professional and courteous. We really like that we live so close to our neighborhood convenience store and can walk over to get a pop or a loaf of bread. Our only concern is the fact that when we moved in we had a fireplace we could use during the long winter time but then were notified we couldnt use it anymore. I thought it would be fair that since that was one of the incentives for our decision to move into Southview village and we no longer had that amenity that fireplaces should of been replaced in apartments or rent should be reduced. Other than that, weve been happy residents at Southview Village.

I was impressed with the apartment company in the beginning as the staff were very friendly and appeared knowledgeable. As time passed, it became apparent that the staff were not knowledgeable. Maintenance is fast when you move in but quickly turns into being very slow. The parking lots take a long time to be cleaned out and extremely icy. The company puts profits over customer satisfaction.
