Of the staff name Kimberly is so rude and doesn’t even know anything at all when you ask them questions when they should know the answer . The maintenance people are so slow and doesn’t even do the work right . It took them a while to fix the ac/heater .

I've been here with my children for 4 months begging them to fix my AC. They tell me they are waiting for approval from Alpha-Barnes. I continue to pay rent and buy more fans to live in a hot humid apartment in Texas. I don't have the time to move and they don't care if my kids complain all day about the heat. Why am I paying for a roof over my head when it feels better outside?
Noise. This apartment complex is extremely noisy. Management does litterally nothing but tell me I need to get to know my neighbors and ask them myself to keep it down. Completely dangerous. What a great first impression. Um hey can you keep it down; how do you say it nicely. And the maintenance team is loud. They're outside doing things and those things themselves are loud but then they carry on conversations and can be heard in the apartments. I hate living here and am counting the days till my lease is up. I value quiet and not being subject to listen to random people's conversations. The noise level here is rediculous. Neighbors do not have respect for neighbors. This complex should be called paper thin pines cuz the walls are paper thin.
I have lived at Southwest Pines for nearly a year. The staff is very courteous and professional. Anything that has needed repair (nothing too serious) have been fixed within 24 hours. I have a spacious 2br/2ba apartment with a nice balcony, large windows, and updated appliances. Very modern looking. It is gated, with security staffed at night. Basketball court and nice sized pool are on site, with plenty of parking so I have never had to park away from my building. Overall a great experience, and they have decent rental prices. I recommend this place for anyone.
Great apartments. Newer, big, open floorplans. Tall ceilings, big kitchens and bathrooms. Also big closets. Gated and has security guard on weekends. Staff is nice and always helpful.
In viewing this property I was very pleased with what I saw as well as the level of professionalism the staff had in showing me around and making sure I had all the information i needed to make a decision. And they are reasonably priced!
