Property Ratings at Southwest Pointe Apartments
I lived here about 4 years. There are 24hr water shutoffs every other month. I had a termite problem that wasn't addressed until 2 weeks later. During a rainstorm in LA, I had a leaking ceiling. Children run on the balconies and scream at the top of their lungs. Washers and dryers are constantly broken and takes weeks to fix. The visitor's parking is now resident parking so all visitors/guests have to find street parking, which is also impossible. Residents will do fireworks in the parking lot. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE.

She don’t want to do her job. You never take rest at your apartment because it’s very noisy so many cockroaches even you complain to management she don’t do anything
No Pets Allowed -- so many pets Evening Patrol -- where? Skateboards not allowed -- uh, manager, can you not see or hear? try doing your rounds. or check the cctv (if they're even working) Too noisy, even late at night. Complained once, no response. Sent another one. Hope to get a reply this time.
This place is Roach infested, doesn't get any work orders done.. moving out due to roaches crawling on me while I sleep.. and keep rescheduling past control. Wouldn't recommend this place
Recommend you not to move in these apartments. The kids here are inconsiderate and loud all night long but the neighbors are sensitive to anything else but that and will complain. The management is horrible and won't address any problems you may have with the apartment. Cockroaches will always appear no matter how clean you try to keep the apartment. Overall a very negative experience here and suggest you find another place to live. If I could give it zero stars I would.
It takes at least three attempts to get anything fixed. You can either try asking Seneca or Michelle, but they don't really respond. I have had a hot water issue for months and no one has looked into it. My neighbor has his loud boyfriend over every night and they don't address the issue. And no matter how clean you keep the apartment there are always cockroaches.
The good: Building is clean and there is security at night. The bad: Repairs take forever to get done, person at the manager's office is hardly ever there. On the weekends there is no hot water. Nobody answers at the emergency call number. If you complain about problems the girl at the office gives you an attitude or simply ignores your requests for repairs. I would not recommend this place.
I like the courtyards and how there is a pool. its a gated community with on site friendly staff.
the apertments are great they have everything u need u wouldnt want for nothing i loved looking at this place if i could i would have my whole family in these apartments
