Florin is a large neighborhood located just 10 miles southwest of the heart of Sacramento. This area contains many smaller communities as well, including Acadia Meadows and Lindale. This densely populated area is highly sought after due to its proximity to downtown, Cosumnes River College, the Sacramento Zoo, and California State University, Sacramento. Because of this, rentals can be harder to come by, but there are a variety of affordable apartments available for rent in the area. Management
Management sucks at these apartments. Manager doesn’t take care of issues, unless it’s emergency. While tenants are fighting for parking space, there’s a few dead cars parked which has been complained by tenants, but manager doesn’t care about it. Manager favors people and abuses office usage.

An affordable place to live: Southwind Court Apartment
Southwind Courts are affordable, safe and convenient. Shopping and grocery stores are within walking distance. Enough parking space for every apartment to have two cars.
