beautiful community
i have lived at southwinds for 2 years i love my apartment and the community is so well maintained my neighbors are great people the office staff is wonderful i couldn't ask for a better place to call home.

Safe and secure! I feel at peace knowing that this is a safe community. The Staff is very friendly and the other residents are so active and keep me moving.

Beautiful
Wanted a place for my parents and when I toured the staff and residents that I meet were very pleasant and such a beautiful community. With it being gated and having to call to get in the building I feel very safe and happy with my elderly parents living here!!

We love this community
We have been living at Southwinds for a year and a half now and it has been amazing. There is so many things to do here with the residents. Office and maintenance are always so helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful Secure Community
My mother has been living at Southwinds for several years now and we all have enjoyed it. The community is always very clean and the staff is always so welcoming. I feel at ease leaving my mother in such a secure community with a gated entrance. I would recommend this community to anyone!

NOT Recommended
A/C units break down. Very slow to replace. Owner recently stopped several amenities tenants depended on such as the Shopping Shuttle. Emergency pull cords don't work. Carpets and drapes need to be replaced along with some furniture in common areas. Parking is a disaster. Owner won't put up signs for resident parking. Rents raised $100+ a month. Look elsewhere.

Southwinds Parking
There is no order to the parking. Young visitors take parking spaces closest to the building which residents who are older need. There is no parking enforcement, no stickers, no nothing.
