This is a very laid back and quiet place. It really suits my personality and character. I like that the maintenance is spot on and efficient when it comes to solving any issues within the facility. It really seems to have very mature neighbors which gives me a sense of security and peace.

This place is excellent because it is top-notch customer service top notch management top-notch maintenance. I’ve had nothing but a good experience since I have been living here which has been almost 3 years. I couldn’t be more happy. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nice place to live that is reasonably priced and safe, I have great neighbors and I’m within a short distance as most shopping areas. And I’m at the street from my job so that makes that more convenient as well. I’ve had nothing but a good experience since I’ve lived here. I’m so glad that I found this place and I plan on staying .

Me gusta mucho este lugar , es tranquilo , limpio , alumbrado , céntrico. Todo funciona bien. En caso de que tengas algún problema con tu apto la Muchcha de la oficina rápidamente lo soluciona. Ella es muy amable.

This is a pretty good place to stay at nowadays considering the price on everything else it’s definitely something i would recommend

I live at the hillside townhouse, which is ran by the same ppl, been here a year, just signed our least for the next year, haven't had too many problems, maitnance is pretty quick to respond, area is pretty quiet. A lot of space in the townhomes.

Older but good and quiet neighborhood. Staff is great...maintenance and manager.

ive been here for about 2 years, neighbors are quite and friendly, maintenance keeps up to date with all units. the apartment manager is very friendly. ive never had any issues here. we love it here

Southwood apartments is a quiet & subtle area. Management is professional and meets all the needs you may have concerning you place of living. They’re pet friendly, which I appreciate. They’re good with doing any work or maintenance in a timely manner. The neighbors are usually quiet & friendly. Things you may need are very close to the complex which is convenient. Overall southwood apartments is a decent place to reside & call your own for whatever period of time you may choose.

These apartments are very nice home like and clean. I have lived here almost 3 years and I love it. Emily is very helpful and easy to get ahold of, she is always there when you need her. Recommend these apartments to become your nice cozy home.

South wood gave me one of the most horrible renting experiences ever! They don't change or even clean the carpet when people move out they just spray paint it, so blue dye stained my kids socks I literally had to buy new socks every few weeks. They send out notices for pest control but never come and actually do it. Also they don't have any good management. Lisa(who was addicted to heroin and stole people's deposit money orders) was the property manager, then they hired a tenant who had no experience and was addicted to meth, she quit after she got her first check and left to Florida then they had other managers from their other properties come and they didn't really care what was going on over there. Maintenance man lives in the property and never fixes anything because he said he doesn't get paid unless the manager gives him the ok (but there's no manager at this time) they have free cable but other than that this woul be a last resort because they'll rent to anybody!
