Manager Aaron was very polite and friendly. Helped us sort out all the issues. On the territory there is a tennis court and a swimming pool, as well as many green areas and parking spaces. We are glad to be part of this community and recommend it.

I love Southwoods! It is very family oriented, quiet when needed, and lots of kiddos during the day. I've had a couple of issues that were addressed quickly. I feel very safe here. I'm very pleased that I ended up here and hope to stay for a couple of years.
This is a peaceful and serene area. I feel safe and secure. Kids and dogs are also welcome.There are numerous stores in the community and top notch school district. My most favorable thing about the community is you don't have to drive far for anything which includes parks, pools, Grant farm and wonderful restaurants. If you want a combination of city and country living this is the luxury land.
My husband and I moved into Southwoods Apartments this summer and have found many things we like! The office staff is helpful and friendly and maintenance is both responsive and skilled. Our apartment has good space and a great layout. I've been impressed by how little sound transfers within the building. It's almost like we don't have neighbors (although they are all really nice). With other apartments we have lived in you can hear everything all around you, but not here! We also like the neighborhood and amenities the apartment community offers (pool among others). I love that I can walk to Eckert's Market for fresh and local produce. Overall, it's a great place to call home.
