I've really enjoyed my time living at Saxony apartments. It's a safe area and very convenient for getting to the shops and highway. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. Highly recommended!

This is my personal experience. I have lived here many years. Now the reasons for the longevity. Price and amenities are important. Sovereign Apartments offers the standards: ample parking, superb snow removal, appliances, AC, dishwasher, and even a pool. As for price, gas, food and rent have gone up. I've checked, and Sovereign remains fair in its increases. The most important part for me is the how the complex reacts to and helps the tenants. Ben and Paul are amazing. Always ready to help in any situation. I'll add 3 words. Melonie, Christine, and Sue. They are the trifecta of help in the office. It is more than a rental office. I can call with any question, any concern, and problem, and they always treat it with respect and more importantly, results. This is not a Pollyanna attitude. I have lived in other complexes that were awful. Every person has their own experience. In closing, my experience has shown me that it is the people with whom you deal with that make or break an apartment experience. I hope this helps.

My wife and I lived in the Saxony apartments for eight years. We have not major complaints. Staff at the office seems not to be friendly all the time, however, when a repair is necessary, maintenance staff came immediately and fixed the issue. Maybe, they should be more flexible to break the lease. We had several neighbors and we have not complains, not noise and a respectful environment. We would recommend Saxony apartments. Again, a good place to start!

My wife and I have lived here for over 30 years. We have enjoyed it every year. The staff is friendly and the maintenance staff is also friendly, responsive, and adept. We have raised two adult children here so that demonstrates that we like living here. The pool was and is a great amenity. My daughters make and made good use of it. The place is quiet. One small item makes a big impression. The laundry machines use a pass key system where you can upload a certain dollar value. No more looking for quarters! We look forward to continuing to live here at our home.

I've been staying here for a year, and I just renewed my lease for another year. The apartments are nice, well-maintained, and cozy. The office staff and maintenance are quick and efficient! They generally respond to complaints the same day and all I have to do is send an email, not even a call! All in all, it's been an excellent stay at Sovereign and Saxony Apartments! Christine and Melanie who work with the office are super helpful and always responsive!

If you are moving to the area for the first time like me, I think this is a good place to start. The apartments are reasonably priced for the area, the maintenance are very helpful, and the location is right on route 9. Had some issues in the beginning before moving in but they were resolved and I’ve been happy since.
From the first day I went to see the apartments, I felt very welcome by Melanie. She was and is awesome. She answered all my questions with true honesty. If a have a little problem I just have to send Melanie a text and the problem is resolved. The up keeping of the property is outstanding. The place is always clean and looks beautiful.
Terrible service from the place all around. When you need something fixed or need information the front office is nowhere to be found. My lease is up soon and they have been texting me and calling me multiple times a day about returning the signed lease. Where are they when I need them? Now that its about money they text and call non stop, but if there's an issue on their end they brush u away or avoid communication. All the ladies in the front office are rude and dismissive. One time I had a maintenance apt and they never showed. I called and they said there was an emergency elsewhere. I asked why I wasn't notified that it was re-scheduled and they had no reply. Two weeks upon moving in they had a pest control person come into my apt supposedly supervised by maintenance staff. I had to move all my belongings for the day. I came back to find a can of toxic harmful spray on top of my already full trash can. He over sprayed the cabinets and the chemicals were stained into the cupboards. I asked when a cleaner would come by and they said I could clean it myself. Not kidding.
Recently, we moved to Sovereign Estates and its been great so far! We had some problems within the first few and they were resolved immediately! The apartment is very specious and the pool is beautiful! Staff is very helpful and friendly, which is a HUGE PLUS. I am excited and happy to have moved to Sovereign Estates.
We moved from out of state and were unable to see the apartments before we rented. We had to go by pictures and other reviews. Most of the reviews had nothing to do with the look of the apartments; merely that the leasing/office staff was unprofessional which we did find to be true. We had to re-email a few documents and got very little information on our apartment unless we asked. We did not even know our address/apartment number until a few days before we moved. After a very long drive we finally got to our new home only to be sorely disappointed. The pictures they have posted online are in no way comparable to the real deal. The "limosine" that they own is not even white as pictured! It is a dark navy blue limo that looks like it is not well kept and is a flash back to the 1970's. The bathroom is about the size of the closets...not in a good way. I could not believe the tiny size of the bathroom. Not to mention the mold we found growing in the shower head. The parking situation is atrocious. Only one vehicle for each person on the lease. They have "reserved parking" that takes several months to even be considered for a spot. After coming home from working a 12hr shift I end up having to park about 3 apartment buildings away and walking back to my building. The last and most important aspect of this place is the staff. From the leasing staff, to the office staff, and the general manager, no one has been helpful. The leasing ladies are very polite but extremely unorganized and unhelpful. Expect the bare minimum from them. The office lady is extremely unpleasant and rude. After talking to a few people who live in my building I have found that not very many people like her. The general manager seems uninterested in problem solving. I had an issue that I wished to discuss with her directly and was instead given an answer by the office staff and told that the manger would not call me back...nice. The only pros to this building are the pool, which is actually not even run by the people who own the apartment, and the location. The area around this apartment is amazing! There is so much to do and it is so close to everything you could need!
