Rising out of the prairies and cornfields of the heartland, Omaha serves as a cultural wellspring and economic powerhouse for the region. Downtown has seen a lot of development in recent years, and now serves up a huge selection of trendy shopping, dining, and entertainment, particularly around the Old Market; the Blackstone neighborhood has also emerged as a new hotspot for adventurous restauranteurs and hip nightlife. The robust live music scene in Omaha is one of the city’s worst-kept secrets, with national publications singing the praises of popular venues like the Waiting Room and the annual Maha Music Festival at Stinson Park.
Omaha is serious about college sports – the University of Nebraska’s Cornhuskers are hometown heroes, and the city is the longtime home to the College World Series every summer.

Property Ratings at SPACES
I called and inquired about a unit. Was told by the lady who answered that I would be contacted by someone since she did not know anything about the property. I used the number listed on here and she mentioned someone from the office would contact me. I guess finding new tenants is not their priority. Must not be goal driven or compensated for having people sing a lease. That is too bad.

I have lived in multiple cities for work, and lived in multiple apartment complexes. Although I was only in Omaha one year, Spaces was a great place to live. They do a wonderful job of keeping the common areas very clean, and the staff are always very prompt and ready to help. I only had to submit 1 or 2 small maintenance request, and they fixed the problem within 24 hours. Furthermore, the pool and outside amenities were an added benefit. The free Starbucks coffee ever morning also saved me some money as I didn't have to buy coffee as much. I would highly recommend this property.
Spaces Apartments are beautiful units in a creative and well decorated building. The hallways have fun graffiti pictures and there's always some funky picture or design hanging. I was very excited upon moving in when I realized that there's a pool outside, as well as a fire pit, dog park, cabanas, grills, and a parking lot that all residents are welcome to. Once I got completely moved in I was disappointed when I realized the "pool" is only a 3-4ft very small 'wade-pool' so you cannot actually swim in it, unless you are a child. I was also extremely upset when I realized there are so many people who live there, and so little parking spaces--which forces residents to park all the way down the block (often times several blocks away) and walk to the building which is not located in a very safe area after dark. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, until I started to complain about issues. That's when they stopped being friendly. This is a beautiful and creatively constructed building but unless you are a college kid (with a very large budget) or are in the 'partying and coming home waking up all your neighbors at 4:00 AM ' stage of your life you will not enjoy this place as much as you'd hope.
