Worst Apartments Ever

This place is nothing but a scam!!! They will tow your car for no reason,and make you pay for it, good luck ever seeing maintaince, and its infested with bugs.

To be honest

I live here right now and I have been living here for 5 years and to be honest I think about it when it comes to move out because I feel safe in this apartments . We have 24 hour secury driving around the area and if I call them they answer right away . A few problems I have hade in the past . The same that have make me think about to move outta here and is that it takes to long for them to fix something but I also think that the owner is not hiring more personal to help the teem he already have and that's why they can't make it on time but to be honest I think twice when I want to move out Just because over here I have not seeing someone get bit up and no one help .. over here we all know each other and if anything happens we all help each other .. probably this will be my last year over here at spanish court I'm trying to buy a house but overall the apartments I have live before . Spanish court is the only place I have live longer 5 years to be exact. With my comment I'm not trying to say or sale propaganda.. I'm just been honest and whoever read this if comes to move into this apartments . You make a good choice ??

Horrible

We lived there for over a year service was horrible there was roaches all over the apartment. Crime is horrible and management wont do anything to help you they will try to take advantage of you in any way they can. Crime is high and you can hear gun shots at night, they do not check your background or anything is really bad this is not family friendly this is crime friendly.

So happy to be leaving!

Do not move in here! Management is horrible and very disorganized. I was ready to move out the first week! The apartments have a roach problem and management does not address it. I read reviews before moving in but did not believe the reviews. Believe them! Disgusting, loud rude neighbors, insecure, and horrible horrible management. It was so bad I eventually only started staying once a week. If you decide to ignore bad reviews make sure you double check your lease and keep all documentation of payments, rental insurance proof, and of all checks you turn in. Incompetent management is what made this experience worse. Just glad we are out of there already.

Rats and Roches

Worst apartment ever!!. They have never fixed anything. I moved in with the apartment unfinished. I moved in with Broken drawers, spiders, holes in the walls. They never fixed the problem.I have a new born baby there was Roches all over my baby's bottles. Found several rats. You can hear them in the walls scratching. This was a unsafe environment for anyone. These need to be shut down!

Spanish Court Apartments

Spanish Court Apartments are nice apartments despite the reviews that i have read. The management are nice and they actually care about thier tenants.When i went to do my application everyone was pleased to help me which was a big reason i had decided to get an apartment here. I have yet to have problems from management.

i have a water leak on kitchen cealing from 4:00 pm till now, and no body show up yet, and it's 7:45 pm all ready

Cheapest Apartment in Mesquite

Spanish court apartments are the cheapest apartment you can find in and around Mesquite, Tx.Their buildings are old looking, but the new proprty management just did a wonderful new renovation. Centerd in the heart of the city, it is close to various stores, restaurants. As well as medical care and a police sation. The staff respond quickly and efficently with all maintenance and resident issues. From parking stickers to trash pick up, everything is done in a well fashioned manner. If you are looking for a home that is affordable but also professional and well kept, Spanish Court Apartments is the place to live.

Spanish court they ok but if I win the prize I will be so happy lord knows I really need it I'm late on my rent right now just recently lost my job and I have two boys that need shelter I do not need to loose my apartment
