The manager Jessica and maintenance manager Ron are the best! I have a great rapport with my close neighbors and love the convenience of being so close to everything I need!

I’ve lived here for the past 4 years. I consider Spanish Trace a safe place to live considering my children enjoy playing outside and swimming at the pool each day. There are many friendly neighbors around! I appreciate the location of Spanish Trace-We can shop, eat and hang out across the street. I highly recommend Spanish Trace to you and your family! We are leaving in this apartment from last 3 years. This is very quiet and safe place to leave with family. Also, location is very close to the food market and restaurants. Easy to get a public transportation. Facilities such as swimming pool and gym are also good options for the residents. - Patel Manishkumar

From my viewpoint, living or residing in Spanish trace has been very interesting. The staff is definitely amazing from whenever I had any questions. The community itself everyone mind their business to an extent, and if there is an issue, the front office is well aware, or made aware, and takes care of it in a timely fashion. My daughter lives here and even near a busy street it is quiet. When I go to pay her rent the new manager and staff are always so nice and inviting. The area is always clean and they answer maintenance request in a timely manner. We were not sure about this place at first but it turned out to be perfect for her.
