Property Ratings at Spanish Wells
We’ve been here for about 2 years and I love living here thanks to the onsite team. Yvette, Anissa, Donald, and Joey are an amazing staff and make this place the 5 stars it deserves!
Just adore the staff here. Yvette,Anissa,Don, and Freddy are both efficient and proffesional. The community is full of pleasant people who are kind and considerate. They have a great fitness center and a sparkling pool. The apartments here are bigger than most two bedroom, very large bedrooms. The kitchen has updated appliances with plenty of cabinets. We always enjoy the different events they have going on. We couldn't be more happier. We had problems with our air conditioning on a Sunday, and they came right out. Anissa and Yvette make you feel like family. Wonderful and hard working women. Just LOVE it here.
I want to thank Yvette, Anissa, Don & Freddy for always being there for me. This place is incredible. Made that choice 11 years ago and I have no regrets. Very thankful this is my home. Thank you for the update in my apartment it made my birthday wonderful.
I lived here for 2 years and here is a comprehensive list of all the issues we had when living here. 1. Downstairs neighbor fed pigeons which meant our entire side of the complex was caked in dried, crunchy pigeon poop. 2. We faced the baseball field and baseballs would fly over hitting and denting my car as well as hitting the front door and outer walls of my apartment. 3. The front gate is always broken, but that doesn't matter because the exit gate is always open so everyone uses that gate to enter, including people who don't live in the apartments. 4. My car and my partner's car were both broken into a month apart. 5. There was a gang initiation on my front door step. About 6 teenagers/young adults were beating 1 young man/teen in the grass right in front of my stairs. 6. You cannot use the pool. It is never clean. One of my kind neighbors took it upon himself to buy a pool net and clean it as if it was his job. 7. But what about the hot tub? It's also dirty and just as cold as the pool. Don't use it. 8. Even if you did want to enjoy some time by the pool, the tiny nearby dog park reeks of dog urine, while although expected, still disgusting. 9. There's lots of extra parking on two sides of the apartment complex which is apparently great for random people to sell things out of their cars, abandon stolen cars or even live out of their car in. 10. Speaking of abandoning stolen cars, the police are in this complex every few days. Numerous police cars, regularly. 11. There have been 3 different office managers and numerous office staff since I moved in. High turnover rate means poor service and likely a terrible place to work. 12. Maintenance doesn't fix things. My towel rack did not get put into the wall properly since the first day. I asked maintenance to fix it, they said they did and yet it still fell. I asked them to fix the drip to my kitchen sink, again they assured me it's fixed but water still dripped. I asked them to fix the closet shelf, he did the bare minimum to get it standing again and told me "if it breaks again I'll come back and fix it" as if what I'd want is multiple visits to my apartment rather than it being fixed properly once. Anyway, he has to return a 2nd and 3rd time to fix that shelf. I just stopped putting anything on top of it to prevent having maintenance return for a 4th time. If all of that isn't enough to deter you from living here, let the 13th reason be that you'll never get your deposit back.
this is the beat place ever to live! Lauren the manager and Amber and Amanda staff are the most kind and sweet and accommodating on all your needs.. Dillon maintenance super and his assistant Chris are also the best.. they fix things the very day or the next day depending on their work load and get things fixed so well and fast with care.. if you really want a place to call home this is the place.. it's quiet and safe our neighbors are the best too.. everyone watches out for each other.. the only reason I've stayed for 20 years is it has been the best place ever with people I can say treat each other like family.. esp. our management and maintenance.. you won't find a better place to call home..
My husband and I moved in a couple weeks ago from out of state. The move was stressful, but the staff here was really helpful. Once we moved in, there were some issues with the apartment, but they handled them all with in 5 days. The pool is clean and warm. The hot tub is surrounded by palms. We could not be happier.
During this excruciating 12 month lease we have been put through everything that could have gone wrong!! we have been without heat for 4 months with multiple missed appointment and failed attempts. broken drawers, refrigerator, they're maintance, management, and cooperate is the epitome lairs, lazy, rude, and unprofessional!!! I hope no one never has to go through what we did!!!
