SPECTRA PEARL

So far, I’ve been really enjoying my time at Spectra Pearl. The amenities, location and condition of everything is exactly what I love about the building. There are a few questions I plan to ask the leasing office (amenity/maintenance details) and expect them to be as helpful as they have been this far!

I love the view from my apartment! The location is terrific and the amenities such as the gym, rooftop lounge and game room are a plus. I received a very warm and professional welcome to the area.

The apartment was located in good spot and very convenient to get to highway. It's maintained nicely and in good management so far. I would recommend it to others!

Great location, spacious layout, and responsive management. Noise levels can be high, but overall a comfortable, convenient place to live overall.

So far so good! I've been here for 17 months now. The leasing office are very responsive and accommodating if you need help. The building is maintained well and the amenities are top notch!

I do like the property. It’s very clean and the maintenance team is great, shout out to Robert and his hard working team. I do wish the amenity spaces were accessible to residents whenever 24 hours as we are paying for amenities here basically. I feel like if people seek to live on the 10th, 11th, or 12th floor then it should be at their own risk considering the potential because there is a rooftop for everyone to enjoy; those floors don’t own it. If you don’t like noise then you shouldn’t be all the way near the rooftop. Any other state I’ve lived in from Miami or downtown LA; they would never cut off hours for rooftop access because of noise complaints. It’s DOWNTOWN Hartford for gods sake. But anyway, outside of that it’s pretty chill. The gym is nice and people are friendly for the most part.

Spectra is downtown living at its finest. Great location nearby to Bushnell park, theatres, restaurants, etc. Just renewed for our 3rd year here. We wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Hartford!

It has been a pretty great experience. Great people in the building. The rooftop is awesome. The gym is great. A few items have been stolen over time in the gym. Also the package room can become a mess sometimes and a better system could be put in place for that. Great environment and a great location in downtown Hartford!

Quiet and clean apartments with great features. All of the staff members are amazing from the office to maintenence and cleaning. Highly recommended if you're looking for a home in downtown Hartford!

m nervous that I won’t fit in. What if my neighbors are cooler? What if I do something wrong? I will say, this is the first apartment I’ve lived in without upstairs noise. So, that’s pretty cool.

Love it here, I wish there were more community events where I can meet people but other than that it’s great. The elevator issue kind of sucks as well, but I understand it’s not the property managements fault.

Its a renovated place that is close to the park and good amenities. Every year the rent gets more expensive (but that is inflation for you). Most of the handymen, janitors, and security guards are very nice. Wish the building would fix the way you can reserve amenities for private event since you never really know if a resident has reserved the space until you stumble into the amenity and there is a party going on. It can make it hard to plan/invite a couple of friends over to spend time in the rooftop since you have to hope there is no activity going on. Some things are forced upon us (the wifi and electricity provider) and the wifi in the public areas can be spotty. But all in all its mostly quiet and peaceful. Be aware you will hear the police/fire sirens from Hartford every night so if you are a light sleeper beware.

Amazing community with an accessible staff and beautiful surroundings. I recommend this place to anyone who wishes to be in a comfortable place near everything.

So far I love living here. Residents are friendly and quiet and there are lots of dog owners. I wish the amenity spaces were 24/7, we can’t use the movie theater after 10pm. Which doesn’t make sense since it’s in the basement.

Great building. Well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The amenities are clean and well kept. The price is pretty high for even a small studio unit.

Enjoy my time here at Spectra very much. The rooftop is very wide and balmy. I also enjoy the park nearby and the local cafes surrounding the area!

I can definitely admit that the residency here is Perfect and management is always here to assist you. There are a great variety of amenities you can use and also the apartment structure is based on modern standards.

As far as I’m aware, one of the best luxury apartment options in the area. Plenty of amenities, good location, clean units, and helpful staff.

So far so good. The leasing office assistants were amazing and everything went on smoothly when moving in. Definitely recommend moving to this apartment complex.

A great place to live. The roof top lounge is always a great place to hang out and have a coffee! Building and cleaning staff are very friendly. Looking forward to renewing my lease !!!

The building is super clean and well maintained. The leasing staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I feel secure entering and leaving the premises at all times.

The building is generally clean, with nice apartments. I've been with this company for a few years and find the apartments comfortable and well-maintained. Occasionally, you can smell odors through the vent Smoking isn't permitted, but if you encounter it, you can easily report it to upper management.

Very convenient and nice move-in experience! A variety of amenities to choose from - looking forward to explore more leisure time in downtown Hartford!

In regards to the facility itself, it is incredible, the lobby, gym, cinema, dance studio, rooftop deck and other amenities are certainly worthy of 4-5 stars. The location as well, being in the heart of downtown is perfect, and living in Spectra will provide all the basics and comfort you are looking for in an apartment, however that's about where my compliments end. The leasing company/office, while all incredibly nice people, are not great at following up on any issues/questions that you may pose them, I need to email/call multiple times regarding the same question/issue until I get a response back. Additionally, the price seems a bit unjustified considering how often amenities are not maintained/broken, and while I understand that this could be normal with lots of residents using it, this doesn't seem to be the case, as certain amenities will remain broken for months with no indication of whether it is getting fixed or not, which is a large part of what we as residents pay for.

Very quiet, helpful and friendly staff and fair pricing compared to similar properties nearby. 10/10 highly recommended if you're looking for a home downtown!

Very quiet which is surprising for being located downtown. Plenty of spaces throughout to sit and read or have company. Price is decent. The washer and dryer are small and not the best but much better than having to go anywhere to do laundry.

Great amenities, wonderful staff, and central location in a well kept and maintained building. Close to excellent restaurants and entertainment venues.

A wonderful place to live, quiet place and in downtown. New bathrooms and everything is new in this building. I highly recommend this place to live in.

Such a great place to live and such a perfect location! Everything is so convient even the parking garage which is a few steps away from the door!

From the amenities to the view, this place has been great so far! And I spent yesterday watching the sun go down from the 13th floor and have found a new favorite chill spot! Can’t wait for the summer!

very nice area, very safe neighborhood lots to do around and lots to do even inside the building. The building is always very clean and up kept.

We moved into Spectra Park 1.5 years ago. After realizing we weren't utilizing our second bedroom, we moved into a one bedroom in Spectra Pearl. Both properties have unique units that seem to cover most anyone's requirements for apartment living. The utilization of the minimal square footage makes for efficient space for a single person or minimalist couple of people. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived here since March of 2020. I wish I never would have to leave but eventually I will, rent keeps increasing (due to market value) but the space is so small and I will eventually outgrow it. But other than that. Beautiful building, nice amenities, great staff, quiet building. They keep everything nice and clean. When you have maintanance issues they are speedy on fixing it, I love that. I’ve had an all around great experience in all my years of living here. I feel confident in knowing that this building will be upkept very well for years to come.

Location is great. Even if you don't have a car, it is very close to all the bus routes. The amenities are well maintained and nice. I think the apartments are a bit small but all the amenities compesate that. It is not too loud. My overall experience has been great, staff is really friendly and responsive.

Always something to do, not too loud, easy walking to events and restaurants and easy to walk park. Quick access to farm stands and a short drive away from BDL.

Been here about three years. So far everything has been great. No issues with heat electricity or water. Great amenities to choose from when you are bored. The staff who work at the leasing office are pretty quick to answer anything when you email/call or visit them.

Things in this building are nice and ppl over here are friendly like lease department, ground, maintenance etc!!! All the amenities are really good, well maintained and accessible!!!

So far so good there were some few issues with packages being stolen by some tenants but overall great experience for me. The leasing management are always responding to any questions that i asked via email or in-person.

I just called the leasing office for the first time to get some info on the apartments and the leasing terms. The member of the leasing team to whom I talked was so unprofessional, unhelpful, unwilling to talk, and uninformed which all define a rude attitude to customer service that I outright forgot about even considering to live in this complex.

I love how safe I feel living here, having security in the building brings so much comfort! The apartment itself is incredibly modern and clean. It is a newer building and all my friends are always so impressed with the amenities!

staff never gets back to you. not supposed to open doors to strangers and when you don't the person who has the visitor starts screaming in your face. the garage staff are the worst, sometimes the gates work and sometimes it doesn't. again you try to seek help, but you are dealing with ghosts

Warm Home in the city with a great view. The amenities are amazing, something for everyone. Lots of great food spots within walking distance. XL stadium is also a block away, which hosts sporting events and concerts. Staff is extremely helpful on making the move in experience pleasant and not stressful.

From Tour to signing my lease it was easy breeze. All Thanks to Briona, she’s very understanding, easy to work with and goes above and beyond. Super duper happy to say my new home is at Spectra.

Well maintained apartments with many great amenities. Location close to great restaurants, across from Bushnell Park and close to theaters and entertainment venues.

Nice apartments. Clean building and good security. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Good amenities and no problems with smoking. Close the the bus lines for those who need it.

I have a significant number of issues during move in, but the entire staff has gone above and beyond to help me overcome all of the issues. I am genuinely appreciative of their support on all of the issues.

My apartment is great minus there being no vent in the bathroom. Staff could be more communicative and helpful. The walls are thin so I could hear my neighbor talking on the phone in the beginning of my lease. The basement was quite smelly but I think they fixed that for the most part.
