Property Ratings at Spectra
Spectra has great amenities and generally nice apartments, and the staff are friendly. If you're sensitive to noise, however, it's not a great option. The nearby construction noise is a problem (even at night). Also, the fridge and washer/dryer are really loud, and there's a constant hum in all of the walls from the bathroom fans and other equipment. It can be really difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Everyone who works at Spectra is incredibly nice to me and my pup! They always give her treats and she LOVES her office friends! Most neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves witch makes living here very peaceful! Would recommend to anyone moving to Redmond :)

I enjoy living here!! Location is great and other residents are friendly. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Always clean! I especially like the proximity to downtown Redmond and 520.

I like the space and the area however, I’ve been losing my packages quite often and it’s getting really frustrating. It doesn’t seem like anything has been addressed or done to prevent this and I wish I could trust the people that live here but unfortunately it doesn’t seem that way.

Living here is such a a joy. Easy commute, walking distance to shops, Marymore park, which has a huge off leash dog park, concerts, kids play areas and we'll nature all around... The amenities are never ending, table top video games, a pool, hot tub and a 24 hr gym... Great place to be!!

Apartments are nice and amenities are very good, but soundproofing is extremely poor; I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking all the time... the whole apartment shakes.

Living in Spectra is so convenient, easy to access trail, 520, whole foods,... And the maintenance team is so responsive here, when you have issues, just create a service ticket in portal, then it would be done when you back home from work

Spectra is top notch! From the amenities to the events to the office staff Spectra raises the bar on apartment community living. The only thing I can think of that would make it better would be. We love the bike trails and nearby shops and restaurants. This apartment complex feels like a hotel at times. There is hardly ever a wait for the elevators because of how fast they are. My only complaints are how tight the parking is and no pool hours after sundown

Nice modern apartment. Size itself is a bit small for 1 Bedroom apartment. Close to a lot of shops, walking distance to whole food and also the east lake trail

I love the building but this place has a lot of toxic community elements that makes living here uncomfortable. I often feel like I need to hide in the apartment and not go out.

Management is always responsive and updates are sent out often! It is a little pricey but I do feel safe here and the amenities are great. Sometimes a little loud

Great appartment, nice amenities, very friendly helpful and responsive staff. We've lived here a little under a year and appreciate being walking distance from a whole foods and great walking/biking trail.

The equipments are good! Just room is a little small. And sometimes will hear the noise from elevators and dogs. The environment and traffic is great!

I've loved living here, location is so great and the amenities are clean and well organized. The gym is my favorite one because it's got the best equipment I've seen for an apartment complex

Management is incredibly. nice and helpful. And is eager to make residents happy. When I first moved in my fridge had a dent in it from install. I have just ignored it to setup the rest of my life, but maintenance stopped by to replace it without me even mentioning it. And they were very nice which is always a plus. Tons of community events, the building is quiet, amazing gym. It's a great building.

I love this place. The amenities are awesome. Everything is maintained so well. Specially the community is so friendly and respectful. It’s only been almost 2 weeks living in Spectra and I feel at home.

I like the building but I wish we still had access to the playground for the kids to use in the day time. I also wish we had a coffee machine. Many of our residents also feel the same way, and I think even smaller buildings have it so it shouldn’t be too much for ours to have one or two.

I love the location & amenities. The apartments also have great interiors. I enjoy being so close to the grocery store, as well as being near trails & parks.

Review after living for 6 months. 1) Noise: soundproofing is very, very bad (affects quality of life). - I could hear an alarm going off from the unit above me and the person walking around. - I hear neighbors rolling up/down window blinds every day. - I wear earplugs during the daytime as well to avoid hearing noises. 2) Too many promotional/sketch emails. - As a tenant who signed up on the apartment payment portal, I have received many promotional emails and sketch emails. 3) Bad public transit (bus) access. - Unless you plan to take the Link light rail (coming up), the closest bus stop is 15~17 minutes away. No issue if you only drive. 4) Luxor Package Room. - All packages delivered to a building are collected in Luxor package room where items are left on shelves (instead of lockers for each package). - Sometimes, it takes much time to locate your package. - Not happened to me, but it seems it's so easy that someone would take my package with/without knowing it. Good things: (1) close to park/trails, (2) nice amenities, (3) nice appliances, (4) less noise from the neighborhood (no road/car noises).

Nice front desk and amenities (the hot tub & nice gym), but the amazon packages delivery is very hit or miss. Overall nice community close to basically everything EXCEPT for the bus, that is about a 10/20 minute walk

We love living at Spectra in Redmond! Our dogs love being so close to the East Lake Sammamish Trail and Marymoor Park and we humans love being so close to Blazing Bagels and Peet’s Coffee. The apartment has lovely features that really elevate the experience including a huge soaking tub, beautiful wood vinyl floors, an adorable tiled backsplash, and a refrigerated package room for food deliveries! It’s a new building, so some settling in is to be expected, but so far the only negative is that the floors are a little uneven so we had to get some levelers for our furniture. Overall, I’d give a 9/10, would recommend.

So far it’s been great! Great people, staff, and amenities. I like the gym a lot and the common areas in the community, especially the rooftop area with grills. My home feels cozy and I enjoy coming home after work :)

From the moment we toured the complex, the Spectra community and staff has been so incredible! The leasing staff has been so helpful, and the maintenance team was immediately responsive. The complex is quiet, clean, and convenient, with amazing amenities onsite. Truly a 5-star complex and team!

Nice environment and location! Nice staffs and amenities. In this area it’s the best on average with such a reasonable price. 5 mins walk to the trail and Marymoor park. In 2025 when the light rail started it just 1 min walk to the station.

We love the amenities here and with a toddler, a great walking loop around the apartment buildings that give her plenty to see and look at! The events that are put on really cater around families and the timings of them vary to meet everyone’s needs! We appreciate how hard the staff work and couldn’t be happier!
