Ian, Ron, Kim, Keeda, Leo, and Gerald are amazing people and a magnificent staff to all of us here in Spectrum. Ian even helped us move a little on his day off(which he didn't have to even do) however still a kind gesture. Spectrum has a great team here.

Spectrum on Spring is a great place to live. I looked at a lot of other places around the area but none had as nice of an atmosphere or as kind and responsive management. And the pool area is beautiful!

My experience living here hasnt been all too good, from the consistent broken elevator, dirty walls in the common areas, and super loud neighbors above and next door to me. Ive submitted multiple complaints and Ive been lied to several times about how my issue will be resolved. Ive had to speak to the neighbor in question myself and he actually told me that no one ever called or contacted him about my issue. Aside from this, a previous staff member would never address or even acknowledge my boyfriend even when he spoke to her first or asked her a question. Weve had issues with the water being turned off, or the fire alarm going off in the whole building at the early hours of the morning with no warning. All around, most of the staff are extremely unprofessional and big headed. Living here has been the biggest waste of my money, ever. I will add, it sucks that we are no longer able to dispose of boxes in the trash room at the end of the hall, but that we have to literally take it into the elevators with other people and all the way down to P1. Despite there being a sign that says people will be fined for placing boxes in the trash room, theres been a large box and bags of trash in our trash room for weeks now, as always. On several occasions, the amount of trash has made it so the door couldnt open easily, or it was spilling out into the hall. Its also not a great idea to allow people to have trash cans sitting outside of their apartment doors as if other tenants would want their guests walking by literal trash like that.

I am a new resident in Atlanta moving from Washington DC. I was excited to live in the midtown area with great views. The property up keep was the first eye sore which I experienced. The trash, boxes, furniture smells have been extremely strong since move in. The mail room has been extremely confusing and free for anyone to remove packages. The consistent trash in the stairwells have present since I moved in two weeks ago. The staff (D ) has been a great person to express my feelings and also speak with other residents. The elevators have definitely met the bad reviews of what I read prior to move in. The property has a lot of potential and hope in the future things will change.

I would give 0 stars if i could. This place is a complete hell. Majority of residents are potheads and whole please smells of weed. Leasing office is doing nothing to prevent this. They don't warn or evict for this. Smell is so strong that if you keep your door open for more then a few seconds when you are leaving or entering your unit, even your unit will smell for a while. This place have to be raided by police or DEA... Regarding actual units, they are looking decent, but building already started to look rundown even through it's pretty new.
