Property Ratings at Spencer Crossing
Ive been here past 2 yrs its fine. Im not sure why all the new management owners but they seem to get things done. If i could change anything i would say id like to see smaller dogs as larger dogs are messy
I am enjoying the apartments so far! I love the space of the apartments and the location. I love how responsive the property management is. The only issue I have is some tenants are not respectful of others.
My b stay here hasn’t been bad. The appliances is the worse part with the roaches as well but the space is very big. I’ve been here for about two years.
I enjoy it over here. Everyone is nice. Everyone keeps it clean around and they pick up after their pets. Very quiet and haven’t had no drama since I moved over here.
When going in person, the process was simple, easy and the members that we spoke to were understanding and very helpful! We've already had friendly neighbors come our way when moving into the new area and there are so many options to aid first-time renters as well!
My apartment is nice but I been fighting bugs since I been here.,they are roaches. The exterminator came once before I actually moved in, supposed to have came back never did. That's my only problem as far as being here..
Spencer Crossing is an amazing place to stay. The only downside is that the rental office and amenities are 16 minutes away. I’ve lived here for 4 months and have had no problems other than I had to go up to the rental office a lot within the first couples of weeks before i moved in.
Overall, Spencer Crossing is a nice community to live in. I haven't lived there long but no major problems. However, before moving in it was challenging. Management changed a couple of times before they found someone permanent. I enjoy my place and it's quiet there.
I love it here. Very quiet and peaceful. It is very spacious and great place to live. I would recommend this place to anyone. The pricing for these condominium is amazing.
Pretty much everything is terrible. From management, the apartment itself, maintenance, and anything else. Please reconsider staying here. I’ve lived here three years and it’s been nothing but downhill and problem after problem.
It has been good so far. Neighborhood is very clean.. Everybody is very respectful of everyone. No issues at all. I would definitely recommend people to move in here
So far it’s okay. I had to call a million times to follow up on my application but once approved, move in was smooth. I have a few requests I am pending completion with. But no complaints.
So far people are ok. Haven’t talked to any but seem ok. Waiting to see what happens it’s only been a few days. Learned that a lot of my neighbors have pets which is okay with me. I don’t have any of my own but don’t dislike them.
If you’re interested in living somewhere without ever being able to get a hold of property management sure. If you’re interested in living somewhere that roughly every 7 months gets an entire new property management and or maintenance team sure. If you’re interested in living somewhere that it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of them be it in person, online through email, online through portal, or by calling AND leaving voicemails then sure! If you’re interested in living somewhere that has rent through the roof while also having pest, parking, plumbing AND property issues then you will LOVE spencer crossing. I loved my neighbors and my apartment itself (aside from the silverfish, leaking AC vents, broken door knobs, rotted wall trim, and loose carpet) but every single thing about this complex and how they managed it was miserable. I promise you can find better for the same price range or even lower. In addition leasing is 30 mins away, so good luck.
Clean complex, friendly neighbors, available units . My dogs like the dog park and playing with other pets. I wish we had more amenities on site
Overall, I would say there isn't much to complain about it. When I decided to move in here, my first priority was the safety, peace and quietness of the neighborhood. We did get like 70 % from the list. We had few incidents that we felt so uncomfortable residing at Spencer crossing. The maintenance service, management availability to respond the need of tenants need to be improved. Parking space is not available when you come in late at night. Other than that, it's a great place to settle down with family.
Many things need to be fixed and there are bugs. Very nice place with so many problems. I would love to stay but those issues make me uncomfortable.
I love the dog park and friendly neighborhood. Everyone is very friendly and location is perfect. I wish I would’ve gotten a two bedroom apartment
Extremely expensive when there is no pool, no gym, and not even a leasing office at the complex and you have to drive 30 minutes for that. It is evident that the leasing office cares about the residents where they’re located and not at Spencer Crossing. They never answer the phone, or respond to emails. If you go in person they tell you they can’t help you and it has to be done over email.
