Property Ratings at Spring Creek Apartments I & II
This apartment complex is built in a perfect place where you can walk a block to a grocery store, and about a hundred feet to the gas station, across the street is a bike trail for 3 miles. The fairground is past the grocery store, so about a block and a half away, so you would not have to worry about a parking spot. The ppl here are friendly and helpful, the staff try really hard to help you as soon as they can. The apts. are set up for fires, so if one starts, the sprinklers go off in the one room it starts in. Also this place comes with all the appliances, microwave and w/d and A/C unit. If you do not have a car the city bus comes to the gas station and will pick you up. If you are on a fixed income, and cannot afford the high rents, (its not based on 30 percent of your income) then this is the perfect place for you to live in, as we do have 2 and 3 bedrooms and handicap apts as well.
