Property Ratings at Spring Creek
Great place, wonderful and attentive staff! Would recommend!

Thank you for the kind words and for the positive review!
The utilities are way too high, the model unit looks 50 years newer than the actual apartment you receive, the apartment was not ready to be moved into on my move in date. They did not complete the work on the apartment that needed to be done prior to moving in until 7 months AFTER I had already moved in. Multiple maintenance men would show up for the same issue on different days and make up excuses why they couldn’t fix that problem and ask you to sign off on the work. My heat went out multiple times in the winter when I lived there and it took them days to get it back on.

Carla, we’re sorry for any inconveniences you’ve experienced in our community. We strive to provide our residents with a stellar place to call home, so we apologize for missing the mark with you. We’re more than willing to assist with any issues that may arise, so we encourage our residents to notify us of any maintenance issues or service requests as soon as possible so we can take quick and appropriate action. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your review in detail, so give our office a call. We hope to hear from you soon!
Management doesn't have knowledge of why I am being charged a electric reimbursement fee, when the electric company has no knowledge of this? District MANAGER doesn't return calls and no one is getting to the bottom of what the charge is for. Maintenance request take forever to get addressed. The water bill monthly is over 50.00, in a one bedroom apartment with 1 resident that is home half the time, but a water bill in a 4 bedroom house with 6 residents runs under 200.00 every 3 months, make this make some sense. it s a all electric unit and it runs close to 200.00 a month, and again no one can explain. I wouldnt live here under any circumstances.

We are disheartened to see that you feel this way about our community and staff. Our staff takes great pride in their ability to provide the best possible service and we apologize you've had trouble getting in touch with us, All potential fees and charges, along with how they are calculated, are clearly outlined within the lease agreement. If you have any questions about your current costs, please give the office another call for further clarification.
I lived there while going through a divorce. It was perfect! Everything was well appointed and the staff was great! Best rental experience I ever had and I've been a lot of places. I've moved on remarried got a house now but I'll never forget how much peace I had during my transition in life, and Spring Creek was my rest by the brook. They were completely hassle free too when I moved on and gave me my deposit back! Thank you Spring Creek! I'll never forget ya! Rob Clark,

Rob- Thank you for your wonderful review. We here at Spring Creek enjoyed having you as a resident, and are glad that you thought of us as your retreat. We all wish you the best!
This is the WORST apartment complex you could move to! I lived here for 3 years, I started in a one bedroom apartment, and then moved into the one bedroom with a den model. I have had issues from day one! All the appliances are ancient old, they will NOT replace them even after 10 plus times of "fixing them." You dryer is so old it will take at least 2 -60 min spins to possibly dry your clothes. If you are trying to dry towels it will be 3 times! The dish washer is horrible, it won’t wash anything, the ovens are old and barely work. The Fridges are useless i went 3 months with no working fridge. I put in ticket after ticket- they come in and "reset" the fridge each time. I had to throw away SO much food or just eat out for months because of this. The ceiling will literally fall down on you in every room. Forget about them coming to repair it they won’t, or it will take 2 months for them to come and then it will be chipping and falling down a month later. My windows were horrible no screens, windows off the track etc. My first ground floor apartment flooded with a inch or more of water EVERY TIME it rained. You call the emergency maintenance line and it will still take them days to come out and they will try and charge you for damages. The complex itself has gone downhill, they let drug dealers in, offenders, etc. You literally can’t go out after dark, I had two hit & runs happen to my car well it was parked outside of my home, my other car was set on fire. They say the lot is secure and any cars without stickers for the apartment will be towed but this is a lie. A stolen car sat next to my car for two days and someone came and set it on fire which caught my car on fire. They will do nothing to help you. There are break ins a couple times a week, fires every week, it’s dangerous. The office staff are rude and liars ALL of them. If you are ONE day late on your rent your get a eviction notice no matter the situation. I had a death in my family i posted rent and there system didn’t take it out, I was in another state for a funeral and she tells me I’m being charged a late fee for their system issues Bed bugs are EVERYWHERE in these apartments and you will have to pay for each treatment They will lose your information, or notices you provide and claim they never received them. They will charge you for EVERYTHING under the sun when you move out, and will NOT help you with anything well there. They are all rude and do the opposite of what they tell you
If I could rate this apartment complex with negative stars I would. To start, the apartments themselves are outdated and not at all like the model they show you. Appliances are awful. The dryer is so old it takes 2 hours to dry a pair of jeans. The ceiling is falling through from when they reroofed in two separate parts of my apartment. I put a work order in 3 months ago about this. Easy fix work orders (I.e windows off track, AC not working) take a month or more for someone to come look at them. And if you go to the office you get berated and insulted by Bertie, the office manager. The office staff alone is a reason to end my lease early. They wait to send out fee notices (pet fees, etc) until you complain about something. They are quick to send out restricted dog breed warning letters, but Bertie and her husband (who is head of mantinence) own a CANE CORSO and live on the property. My roommate watched a car get stolen while a woman was warming it up in the winter. I’ve called the cops while watching kids break into a first floor window. Parking is limited (one spot per apartment, if you’re lucky). And if you get so unlucky to get stuck here? Good luck getting out. It’s ridiculouely expensive to buy out of. Stay away from this apartment complex.
Great inside i would love to stay here for a long time. has comfortable living space and a relaxing environment.
