Positioned along the Tennessee River just minutes north of the Georgia state line, Chattanooga is a city of rich history, gorgeous scenery, and heaps of southern hospitality. Downtown and the neighboring Southside district form the urban core of the community, with many of the city’s best venues for dining, nightlife, and entertainment found within a couple of blocks of Market Street in this area.
The local museum scene is expansive, and ranges from traditional institutions like the Hunter Museum of American Art to more unique and peculiar attractions like the International Towing and Recovery Hall of Fame and Museum. The Tennessee Aquarium is a local favorite as well, featuring huge exhibits of freshwater and marine animals.
The city is surrounded by thousands of acres of Tennessee’s unspoiled natural beauty, offering endless opportunities for hiking, rock climbing, camping, and mountain biking, or just exploring and sightseeing in general.

Property Ratings at Spring Creek Garden Apartments
Go to speak with Asst Manager, stay calm and polite ; do not yell, curse or threaten but I am told police will be called if I do not leave. Ask if I can speak with the manager and am told that she will not be available in the foreseeable future. Attempt to call corporate to speak with an unbiased person and phone rings three times then hangs up. Obviously resolving tenant issues is not a priority.
We have lived here for over 5 years and have never been late on rent or had any other major issues until recently. The issue hasn’t been with anything other than staff. The staff mostly the renting manager Yvette has been rude and extremely unprofessional in the past couple of years and if you read reviews you’ll see her name mentioned numerous times. We haven’t had a major issue until recently. We have always renewed our lease here wither it’s be a 12 month or 18 month lease. Now all of a sudden she has lost leases signed electronically even though I have 4 emails stating that they have been filed and accepted. Now all of a sudden I got a letter stating we owe $700 for Yvettes mistakes as well with this matter. As far as I see on my end and my husband end everything has been filled out and accepted the only issue seems to be the management not knowing how to do her job properly or file things correctly.
The apartment complex itself it a good deal for the price you pay. The living room is good sized, and the bedrooms are big. The kitchens are very small. Open the fridge door all the way hits the counter on the other side of the kitchen. Outdated heating and A/C unit. The entire office and managing staff has changed in just the couple of year we have been here. The original staff was good. the new staffing is not any better. The first office manager we had left without notice, even the rest of staffing was shocked he left out of no where. The new staffing is never in the office or doesn't answer phones. There have been numerous times we go to turn in rent and the staff is not in the office. All the problem is that there is no notice on any flyers or on the office door that they will be gone for an extended period of time. This is a good starting apartment.
