Property Ratings at Spring Creek Townhomes
Before my move out (December) they got rid of their old office team and moved from an in complex, doors always open management to a different complex where the door is locked and you have to call to get in (if they answer their phones). They need to seriously consider re-writing their leasing contract. When you sign your lease it's a $300 deposit, and in your lease it tells you how your deposit will be given back to you if you followed the rules. It's safe to say by reading that you would think you can receive some, if not all, your security deposit back. NOT A CHANCE. Their standard cleaning fee is $350 when you move out. There is zero way for you to get your deposit back, in fact you will owe them money. I've never lived in an apartment where the management didn't know how to build the cleaning fee money into the rent so you weren't charged at the end. In the list of items in the lease states you can charge your security deposit for, cleaning is only charged if you're apartment isn't clean and even then it is to be a "reasonable" charge. Charging more than the security deposit is not reasonable. If you are to move here just know 1. As of November the management team and the maintenance team as change so take reviews previous to that with a grain of salt 2. Although you will sign a lease talking about getting your security deposit back, you will owe Springcreek money at the end.

Overall, a great place to live. The new owners/management have always worked with me and are super helpful! Maintenance is quick to respond and Maria in the office is the absolute best!!

Very safe neighborhood and very quiet neighbors. Also love the management staff are amazing and really sweet. The maintenance staff are also awesome. Highly recommend to anyone who's looking for a townhome which is safe and closer to shopping complexes and offices around Springfield.

Extremely rude staff, stuff breaks all the time and no one wants to fix it, cabinets/appliances grow mold in the summer, and dumpsters constantly overflowing. This place is disgusting!

It is nice pictures but actually it is not nice at all. Trash on the parking lots, old exterior paintings, some exterior decorations are broke...looks like nobody manage the complex. They renovated appliance only and increased the rent. I saw mildew on the wall and they said they will fix it.. Don't waste time visiting here
